Had to have it again. I used the noodle packaged shown. I like it super spicy than it is. So I sauted some #ginger and a fresh #thaichili . Added this time #chicken thinly sliced instead of #shrimp like yesterday's. Added boiled water from the tea pot. Then noodles the seasoning. Then the vegetables. 3 mins later added the included paste packet. It has a nice hot & sour flavor with #prawn flavor tones. Understand... This is not how you serve it... But it's the way I like it.
Sunday night salmon with a dose of football making the night complete.
Major anti-inflammatory meal right here with the ginger in the glaze and the salmon filet which contains the omega 3s - EPA and DHA. Delayed onset muscle soreness may commonly occur after strenuous training and it has been shown that the omega 3s found in salmon can helo reduce that muscle soreness, allowing for a stronger workout the next day. Salmon is also high in Vitamin D which is important for bone health!
To make the glaze (enough for 4 salmon filets) -
1/2 cup thai sweet chili sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
1 tbsp lime juice
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Whisk all together, coat salmon. Cover salmon with foil and bake 15 min. Remove foil and bake another 5-7 minutes to slightly blacken the top.
