My “guns” may be small, but they’re stronger than they were 2 years ago or even 3 weeks ago when I started my new fitness program. And I’m damn PROUD of them 💪🏻!
For those people who know me personally, I’m 90% an introvert so when I was told there was a way I could workout at home and get results I couldn’t sign up fast enough 😂.
I go to the occasional spin class but love that it’s in the dark 🙌🏻
So if you need me, I’ll be lifting weights and jumping up and down in my living room 80% of the time and I’d love if you joined me!! Next groups kicks off in a few weeks 💁🏻♀️

I don’t post to brag, get attention or make you think I’m better than anyone or have all my $hit together... cuz girl, I do not. I post to give hope to other busy Mommas like myself that you can do it too. I used to have to try and squeeze into my clothes, couldn’t run up a flight of stairs and just felt like crap about myself. And newsflash, I still have moments where I only see the big girl. Lots of moments. I also don’t post for compliments... that’s the last thing I want to see. What I’d love to see is comments that someone else has decided to change their life too. I changed my health and what came later was a total change of the path of my life. I had no idea you could actually help other people and earn money at the same time. I never knew I’d like the idea of having my own business, my own thing other than my full time mom job. The people I’ve met, the people I’ve been able to help, the idea that I can do even more than I had ever let myself imagine. It’s funny how one little decision can make all the difference in the direction do your goals, dreams and life. ❤️
I know, it’s dinner-time, but for all of, you, who 💕 pineapple, a mango or a tiny cute salad, and consider, that “dinner,” like I do, let the rest if the world eat their burgers, and steaks, but if I’m not, hungry, I’m not hungry. And, that’s that. I love cook and I’ll cook a fancy dinner, for the family, because I love that togetherness, but dinner for me? Light. I think, the main meal should, be eaten early, like around noon. Then, at night, a small salad. Or, a mango. Or, some pineapple chunks.
I'm just over here enjoying lots of snuggle time with Mr. Finn while also letting the kids bond with him.
It's been fascinating watching the boys especially with him. We weren't sure how either of them were going to handle a new sibling but both boys are over the moon obsessed with their baby brother!
Who can blame them though?
I could not go to sleep last night, not sure why.
I workout around d 8pm, which was about the time my lack of sleep kicked in tonight. I made myself press play anyway and my workout is in the books. Now to do some coach work and hopefully get a better nights sleep tonight.
Working out is now a must do, everyday, even if it is a brisk walk for 45 minutes.

Here is an inventory of commands that I have learned so far:
•linden (means look at my hooman)
•sit, stay, come, lay down
•one snap of fingers or click of mouth : sit
•two snaps: lay down
•one snap again - sit back up
•heel: on leash and off leash
•touch (nose to wand or hooman fist- basics for agility training)
•love? (give kisses)
•leave it (for those tempting flying napkins, leaves and paraphernalia on sidewalk)
•drop it (when I eat one of those tempting paraphernalia)
•bring it (fetch)
•do you want a time out? (which means freeze; my hooman says this was the best thing I have ever learned)
•do you want a treat? (this was the best thing i ever learned)
What I am working on:
•release (come out of heel, sit or lay down position)
•relax (lay on my side, a precursor to roll over and bang/play dead)
•no bite (hoomans are so tasty)
•leave her alone (so is big sis)
•basic obedience commands in german, french and turkish •on your mark: front paws on small stand (for agility training)
•basic tracking (distinguishing between fetching two different toys)
•gee (husky command to turn right)
•haw (turn left)
•whoa (husky command for stop)
