The grass isn’t always greener with weight loss and getting healthier. Take the DIET pills and DIET powders as an example.... People with big social followings who have a influence and normally the lifestyle and BODY you Desire.
They then post about a NEW powder or Magic pill they use (or not) which gives you an inspiration of “quick fix” suggesting that if you use a magic powder, shakes and pills you will have the BODY more annoyingly suggesting they will give you BETTER HEALTH.
The grass is not greener.
It’s ok to eat some CRAP, good real FOOD the none powdered form will give you a BODY along term (if you eat the food I tell you), moving your body and most of all thinking differently about yourself WILL give you the BODY and lifestyle that might just inspire many others. #KeepItReal#eatrealfood

We are pleased as punch to be taking part in this years 20:20 print exchange once again. It is a fantastic project set up by Hot Bed Press in Salford.
All artists produce an edition of 25 prints each 20cm x 20cm, (Paper size). There is a £10.00 submission fee per artist payable through the workshop or print group. In return each artist will receive a portfolio of 20 random prints. In November we will send each workshop a package of all the boxed prints.
Deadline for us to receive all prints will be Monday 24th September.

We have various classes to suit all...here is a little about...... *****Buggyfitness***** Suitable for pre and postnatal. Mums, dads, grandparents, carers and guardians all welcome!! Exercise in the great outdoors! These fun and relaxed classes last for 45 minutes. Classes start with a warm up of brisk walking and mobility exercises to raise the heart rate. We then get into the fat burning bit consisting of cardiovascular, toning and strength based exercises, we finish with a cool down and stretch and there always time for a coffee and chat after!
All participants are treated as individuals and exercises will be adapted and modified to suit the individual.
Bring your baby / toddler too in a pushchair, during the school holidays bring your older children too!
Bring a drink!! Dress for the British weather! Wear loose comfortable clothing, trainers and don’t forget to wear a sport bra!! You need to check with your doctor before starting any exercise program. Mummies who have had a c section need to be especially cautious and can join us when baby is 8 weeks, providing they have permission from their doctor.
