road to 405lbs on deadlifts! Hit a rep PR on bench today of 225x5, and two weeks ago hit 315x3 for a rep pr on squats. Still growing and getting stronger for a few more months then we peel back the layers and see how much clean size I’ve added over the past two years! Super excited for my competition  season

Trap bar deadlifts!!! Has to be one of my favourite exercises hands down. I love the fact that there are alterations; you can go more deadlift style or more squat style depending on what you want to achieve. I personally prefer squat style as it was leg day today 😈🙄 was doing 160kg for reps to help improve leg n back strength 👊 what's your favourite leg exercise?🤔

Balance, proportion and great posing exposing my strong points whilst taking your eyes away from my weak areas... My main focus this off season now that I’ve given myself the time is bringing up everything big time! Mainly focusing on my lat width, calves and the outer sweep of my quads. throwback to when i had some fun throwin around some decent weight.. this was a couple months back when i weighed around 180-185lbs (scroll all the way to the right to see what i looked like).the past few months i found out what half of the body was more fun to train😉
after countless failed squats i finally hit my goal of 365 lbs! i don’t train as heavy as i used to mainly because it was getting to the point where i was getting back pain, and i of course don’t weigh that much anymore which always helps with putting up more weight!🤘🏽
i still put my myself through 2-3 tough leg workouts a week tho so don’t worry😤

well i felt like it was time to go ahead and drop my story and you all and give you my first post! i started lifting when i was 14, not consistently, but i did it. my motivation was not only to better myself but as well all the crap talking my dad and i did on who was gonna be stronger when it’s all said and done. 2 years later he passed away on me only fueling my fire to prove him wrong. i always let him know when i’m about to hit a PR and that he better watch. by this time though i was hitting it hard, learning about the human body and how it works and what it needs to progress forward and make some gains. fast forward to now and here we are! i get into the gym 6-7 times a week, focusing each muscle group and giving it my all! i started at around 130 lbs when i was 14 in the picture to the right➡️( i know it’s a goofy one) but, now i’m 18 sitting at 176 lbs in this picture!  i’d love to have all of you follow me through my journey and motivate me! hopefully one day i can motivate any of you and help you with your trip as well! let’s do this thing!!🤘🏽
