The first picture was my very first “before” picture. I had given up on myself, ate whatever I wanted, & stopped going to the gym.
I hated my body, and where I had let myself get to. I was lost & unmotivated.
I then found this opportunity. I started different workouts then I was used to and stuck to a new meal plan. I was held accountable through groups and encouraged to push forward. I didn’t know if I had it in me. To change. To be better.
The first picture was before my first at home workout. Ever.
The second was three weeks later. The results from one of my favorite programs to date. And guess what. The second round starts Monday. Brand new workouts and a great meal plan to follow.
Please don’t be like “before” me, not caring about yourself and giving up. Don’t even be like after me. Be YOU. Decide you are worth it. You are worth the results. You are worth the drive and determination it takes. Motivate yourself and do the damn thing.

Humbled by the workout I just did. It has been two weeks since I have worked out. It was tough and I wanted to quit. We all start from somewhere. We all start more than once. Knew I needed more veggies for tomorrow, but after an 11.5 hour work day I was in NO mood to chop or sauté veggies sooo I picked up a bag of baby bell peppers dumped them onto a baking sheet and baked them at 400 degrees for 25 minutes after spraying a little coconut oil on them.
While these were cooking I packed my lunch from the food I prepped on Sunday, and now I’m pooped and ready for bed. But I’m 100% ready for tomorrow staying on track with nutrition and work tomorrow & that’s the best feeling!! Don’t make meal prep more complicated than what it needs to be!
On the left I was a brand new mom trying to find my way and be the best I could possibly be for my baby girl. I was putting her and everyone else before myself. And although I was mostly happy, my mental health was at an all time low along with my physical health. 👎🏼
It took me a while to find myself. To finally put myself first and to finally be genuinely happy and truly the best mother and wife I could be. Two years actually. But I’m glad I’m finally where I need to be. ☺️
I still have progress to make, weight to lose, and bad habits to break, but I’m getting better every day. #progressnotperfection 👌🏼 •

Hands down this trail 1/2 marathon was the hardest race I had ever done, on my second loop I thought I was going to fall over. But I kept going, I finished, I took first in my age and gender, I asked a stranger to take a pic of me because I was my support team that day and I was glowing
I’m going into my 1/2 marathon this Sunday by myself again, and that’s all I fricken need. Realize that YOU only need YOU ❤️

👉1 Scoop of vanilla Shakeology
👉1 tsp vanilla extract
👉1 tsp baking powder
👉2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
👉1 egg white
Blend all ingredients together and add to oiled pan! I add a little peanut butter, a cup of berries and some cinnamon to top it all off.😋

I always knew I wanted to help people, but it wasn’t until I found Coaching that I feel I truly found my calling. - I went to three different colleges, four different times with four different areas of study. Although I did pretty well in school, it didn’t take long before my grades would start dropping solely because I was losing interest. & unlike many people, I didn’t keep going just because I started - I would quit. But only because I knew what I was working on wasn’t something I was passionate about and I refused to live a miserable life doing something I hated. 👌🏼
I feel so incredibly lucky to have found coaching at the young age of 26 because many people don’t find their true calling until much much later in life. 💕

Ive read so many messages today from the ladies on my team who are celebrating victories today, day 1’s, increasing dumbbell weights, clothes fitting looser, comments from friends on how GOOD they are looking, having workouts be their therapy... I’m not kidding you. PUT YOURSELF FIRST. ITS WORTH IT.

Organic, homegrown veggies from my Dad’s garden are ALWAYS the best! & sadly, this is probably the last of it for a while since the temps are dropping! 😔 Although he did say he is going to grow some kale and spinach still so I’m looking forward to kale chips and salads! 😋

I’m choosing to start this morning off with coaching and a veggie and egg scramble because that’s what is going to make me feel great and lead to a great day - what is going to make your Sunday great?
It’s been the perfect fall day and we are ending it with healthy pizza making, pumpkin carving, and watching krampus! 🎃

It’s the weekend and I’m feeling all the good vibes today!🤓
Do you struggle to find good vibes throughout your day? Finding yourself letting negativity take control? Letting small things ruin your day? Picking yourself apart?
If so, I can relate. Before I took a leap into the coaching opportunity I came home most days in a bad mood, would easily get upset and have high anxiety. I always let the negativity and bad vibes win me over and it wasn’t any fun.
When I became a coach it was mainly to hold myself accountable for my workouts, I had NO IDEA that it was going to be SO much more then that! Although I still want to tone it up and have goals for what I want my body to look like I no longer look in the mirror everyday and pick myself apart. I honestly don’t even stress about what I look like anymore because I know it will all fall into place overtime.
I now focus on having positivity in my life. Focusing on the victories over the fails and the good things that happened during the day over the small hiccups.
It’s a mindset shift and I literally thought this was impossible, but it’s not and I have coaching and taking a chance on myself to thank for this.
Are you willing to give yourself a chance and shift your mindset. You should, there is nothing to lose and so much to gain.

I love how being a virtual health coach holds me accountable to setting good, healthy examples for my daughter. She’s only 2-years-old and prefers carrots over chocolate and also tries to mimic all of my workout moves. 💪🏼 I couldn’t ask for a better “side gig” as a Momma. 👌🏼

I’m just fricken jazzed that one week ago I made a promise that I would get back at what made me feel good, eating clean and caring about me. And I did it and going to keep doing it. Wore these pants to the Thomas Rhett concert and I undid the knot in my shirt so I could unbutton my pants... not today, not today!
Are you a goal setter? Always striving for higher and better?
I love to set goals and then achieve them. It’s an awesome feeling. But did you know that setting a goal is often like setting a finish line on front of you?
In this current season of my life, as I transition into newness I’m taking the time to not set goals, but build habits! Systems behind goals are often only set to see yourself reach an outcome, and have no plan for after the outcome, whereas habits are not just a finish line you set for yourself but are a lifestyle change, a change in how you are doing something.
I have chosen three habits I want to build, three things that will help me live healthier, think clearer, and feel more confident. I am choosing to build up my fitness habits, read daily, and to write often because when I choose to do these three things I am giving myself an outlet for all of the stress in life, learning to solve problems that come before me, and allowing myself to understand things on a deeper level.
