"the bubble tea revolution"
our first #Richmond review did not disappoint. Congrats to Bobii Frutii on an almost perfect score. We treated ourselves to the "不甘平凡/Extraordinary Bubble Milk Tea", the " 不想上班/Don't Want to Work", and the "宇治初雪/Uji Snow". They were all stunning and tasted incredible. I would have gotten a second drink, but couldn't afford to because the prices are high($6.39, $7.89, $6.39). But, unlike many overpriced locations, you get what you pay for. These ingredients are high quality, the drinks take time to make, and they taste fabulous. Take your time with these drinks to enjoy the tea flavours and the fresh pearls. The location is a fair size, with tables and outlets and good wifi, with plenty of accessible seating. All the ingredients are from (proudly) from Taiwan, as well as their founders. They have locations in Taiwan & Canada, all sporting the same high calibre design elements. I was upset that I forgot my metal straw today, because they have all plastic cups and packaged straws 😞. A recycling bin for the cups would be a great start for this brand new business! @bobiifrutii.ca should move to switch over to 100% compostable packaging!Other than that, they had 2-3 staff on shift, the shop was clean and tidy, they have their own IG account and the service was fabulous. I'll be back.

É a única espécie no género Anethun.
Today was one of those days when it actually felt really nice to get indoors at the end of the day. In to the lovely heat from the fire stove (that I lit earlier) and to finally hold that cup of hot tea. 🍁☕
I really love days like these. Autumn at it's very best.
What better way to start the day than a hot cup of Earl Grey.
