Chicken Alfredo Broccoli Spaghetti Squash
Preheat oven to 450 -Cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and clean out the seedy part.Drizzle with avocado oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in oven for 30 min -While squash is baking, slice up about a pound of boneless skinless chicken breasts into cubes. Cook on stove top in a frying pan with avocado oil and season with Flavor God Garlic Lover Seasoning.
Make the Alfredo sauce:
Melt 1/3 cup butter and 3 cloves of garlic
Add 4oz of cream cheese, 1 cup heavy whipping cream, and 1/2 cup of Parmesan Cheese. Whisk that all together. Add Salt, pepper, and pasley and Flavor God Garlic Lover Seasoning for taste. -Steam or like me use a microwave stream bag of broccoli and set aside. -When spaghetti squash is finished take a fork and drag it across the inside of the squash until noodles are created. -Combine spaghetti squash “noodles",chicken, broccoli,and Alfredo sauce in a large mixing bowl. Then spoon it back into the spaghetti squash shells evenly. -Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and broil on high until slightly browned.

Kiwi1/2 cup chopped kiwi fruit
1/2 cup chopped papaya

1 tbsp chia seeds

I LOVE granola-yogurt parfaits!! Here’s how I make my own granola👩🏼🍳⠀
Makes about 12 servings.⠀
4 cups old fashioned oats, uncooked⠀
1/2 cup of local honey⠀
1/2 cup organic apple juice⠀
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract⠀
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon⠀
1/2 cup sliced almonds unsalted⠀
1/2 cup quinoa⠀
1/4 cup toasted wheat germ⠀
2 Tbsps sesame seeds⠀
1/2 cup dried apricots, diced⠀
1/2 cup raisins⠀
1/4 cup dried cranberries⠀
First Preheat oven 350^Degrees⠀
Place oats on pan, bake 15 min, stirring twice.⠀
Then in a large bowl, mix honey, apple juice, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir while adding in toasted oats, sliced almonds, quinoa, wheat germ, and sesame seeds.⠀
Spread mixture evenly onto a pan, bake 20-25 minutes. Stir a few times while baking ⠀
Take pan out and let it all COOL! (This part is very important!) When cool, put mixture into a large bowl and stir in dried fruits. ⠀

Este rocambole de peru vai deixar a família toda impressionada na ceia de Natal!
Você vai precisar de:
4 colheres de sopa de manteiga sem sal
1 xícara de cebola picada
1 xícara de cenoura picada
1 xícara de aipo picado
450g de linguiça toscana fresca sem a pele
2 colheres de sopa de sálvia fresca picada
1 colher de sopa de folhas de tomilho frescas
280g de farinha de rosca grossa
½ xícara de caldo de galinha
1 peito de peru de 1,35 kg desossado, com pele
2 colheres de sopa de mostarda
1 colher de sopa de manteiga sem sal derretida
Sal a gosto
Pimenta-do-reino a gosto
Modo de preparo:
1. Preaqueça o forno a 180°C.
2. Em uma frigideira grande, em fogo médio, derreta a manteiga. Acrescente a cebola, a cenoura e o aipo e cozinhe por 8 minutos, até que os vegetais fiquem macios.
3. Adicione a linguiça e cozinhe até ficar dourada, por cerca de 8. Tempere com a sálvia e o tomilho.
4. Acrescente a farinha de rosca e o caldo de galinha. Mexa até a massa ficar úmida. Retire do fogo e deixe esfriar.
5. Em uma tábua de corte, coloque o peito de peru com o lado da pele para baixo. Cubra com plástico filme e bata com um martelo de carne até ficar com cerca de 1,25 cm de espessura.
6. Pincele o peito de peru com a mostarda.
7. Espalhe a mistura para recheio sobre o peito de peru em uma camada uniforme, com pouco mais de ½ centímetro de espessura.
8. Começando pelo lado estreito, enrole o peru com a pele do lado de fora. Ponha para dentro os pedaços que se soltarem.
9. Use barbante para amarrar o peito de peru enrolado de maneira transversal com intervalos de 2,5 cm. Amarre uma vez ao longo do comprimento para fechar as pontas.
10. Transfira o peru amarrado para uma grelha sobre uma assadeira coberta com papel manteiga. Pincele a manteiga derretida e tempere todos os lados generosamente com sal e pimenta.
11. Asse o rocambole por cerca de 45 minutos, até a pele dourar.
12. Deixa descansar por 15 minutos, remova o barbante, fatie e sirva.
