The no frills but delicious cheeseburger at @auchevalchicago. I did have to add an egg since à cheval means “on horseback” referring to add an egg on top in this case. 
Not sure I’d wait an hour or more for it but came by on a Tuesday and sat right down and sipped on a saison as we waited.

The burger is simple but there’s an attention to detail that makes something simple and familiar really good. The two prime beef patties were perfectly cooked medium with two slices of good ol’ Kraft American cheese (the only cheese that melts and tastes right imo). The egg was perfectly done about halfway cooked for that perfect ooziness without making a complete mess. I think the thick cut bacon would’ve messed with the perfect bite so skipped that after sampling it the day before at @3artsclub. The bun from Z Baking is soft and toasted on both sides and holds up without becoming a soggy mess while eating. Lastly a little Dijonnaise and pickles to round things out.

80 ml di albume

Sale q.b.

8 g di lievito naturale

Procedimento: 
Accendete il forno e impostarlo a 180°; tagliare la zucca a pezzetti e cuocetela in forno a 180° per circa 25 minuti, successivamente frullare

aggiungete  le due farine, le proteine vegetali ed il lievito

aggiungete l’albume e mescolare bene il composto

Se il composto è ancora troppo denso potete aggiungere un po'di yogurt vegetale alla vaniglia

versate il composto 
cuocete in forno a 180 gradi per 15 minuti.

🎈 Procedimento
una terrina mescolare yogurt, con lo zucchero di cocco e continuare ad amalgamare.

Mescolare la bustina di lievito con la farina e la proteine vegetali, un po' per volta unite la farina al composto di yogurt e fruttosio.

Non impastare a lungo, basterà amalgamare tutti gli ingredienti. Se risulta ancora denso aggiungere ancora un po'di yogurt vegetale.

Ricoprire la teglia con della carta forno precedentemente bagnata, strizzata e sistemata nella teglia da plumcake.

Cuocere a forno caldo 160° per 35-40 minuti.

Far raffreddare prima di servire.

The grilled lamb saddle chop marinated in lime and honey was tasty 👍 too #bavel #la

Due misurini di proteine vegetali alla vaniglia
1,5cm ~ baccello di vaniglia fresca
scorza di 1/2 limone bio
10ml succo di limone
Qualche goccia di dolcificante naturale
un pizzico di sale
10 fette pane proteico Gluten free
15ml olio extra vergine di oliva 🌈 Procedimento
In un recipiente unire latte, proteine vegetali, vaniglia, scorza e succo di limone, sciroppo e sale. Mescolate con una frusta in modo da amalgamare tutti gli ingredienti.
Inzuppate le fette di pane per qualche secondo bagnando bene entrambi i lati.
Nel frattempo, scaldate a fiamma alta una padella antiaderente, versate metà quantità di olio e distribuirlo su tutta la superficie.
Quando l’olio e la padella saranno ben caldi, adagiate le fette di pane inzuppate.
•Quando tutte le fette di pane saranno pronte, farcirle con yogurt vegetale bianco di soia mescolato con qualche goccia di dolcificante naturale e vaniglia. Servite i french toast ancora caldi con caramello e lamponi😋

In un'altra padella antiaderente scaldare la polenta da entrambi i lati. Riporre in un piatto ed aggiungere il tofu con pomodoro e funghi. ‼️ Per chi lo preferisce si può sostituire il tofu con ricotta Lactose free 🛡️
‼️Per aumentare la quota proteica, dato che la polenta non ne contiene molte, potete aggiungere al Tofu della bevanda vegetale proteica o della salsa yogurt vegetale preparata in casa. *

Mescolare il burro di arachidi col latte vegetale in modo da scioglierlo bene. Aggiungere il cacao, le proteine, la vaniglia e mescolare bene.

#tb to when I won a baking competition with this simple bread two years ago. I made it a different shape back then, it was round and I cut a spiral in the crust. Today I made it a simpler shape but it tastes just as good 😊

Ich bin ganz stolz 😊 Ich koche äußerst selten Fisch, weil ichs einfach nicht hinkrieg, dass er so ist, wie ich ihn haben will. Heute hab ich mich zum ersten mal seit langem wieder an Fisch rangetraut und zum allerersten Mal überhaupt an Fisch im Ganzen. Ich hab mich ganz strikt an das Rezept von @rachelkhooks gehalten wie es im Buch #mylittlepariskitchen steht und was soll ich sagen - der Fisch war PERFEKT 😊 auf den Punkt gegart (das hab ich vorher noch nie geschafft) und kinderleicht zubereitet. Gibt's sicher öfter 😆
