The biscuits are a winner😍 and so simple. 3 ingredients. 1 cup dates 2 cups cashews/almonds, 1 egg. Blitz nuts, then dates then add the egg. Roll and flatten on the tray. 10 min at 180° or until golden. Cool on the tray. You can throw them all in the thermie or food processor at the same time for a chunkier result. Dampen your hands a little as they’re a bit sticky. 💜💜💜
The gammon joint.
Step 1: Remove all packaging
Step 2: Place gammon joint in C4Me
Step 3: Cover gammon joint with water
Step 4: Select gammon joint from menu list (as shown in pic 3)
Step 5: sit back, relax, grab a beer and wait for the C4Me to do its thing.
Note: A gammon joint for 4 people will take around 45 mins and you don’t need to do anything until it’s finished cooking 😀
I bought a monster sized cabbage at @centralmarketpoulsbo a few days ago. It weighed 14.6 lbs! This #halfgallon#masonjar contains 3.7 lbs of it and will soon #ferment into #sauerkraut
This batch is cabbage and salt only. The next batch I'm going to add sliced garlic. And the third batch I'm toying with the idea of caraway and apple. What's your favorite combination?
Homemade Butternut Squash Gnocchi, tossed in garlic butter and mushrooms, topped with shredded cheddar cheese. Picture doesn’t look the prettiest.... but it tastes sooo damn good!!! #homemade#Gnocchi#tastessogood#icancook#food
