✨Dirty hair, happy heart✨ Guys, it’s been a tough week, so I’m taking the day to hang out, read the newspaper, go to church, plan some blog content, and do all the things that make me feel warm and fuzzy inside.❤️
The older I get the more I understand that joy is hard to maintain in this life. In fact, it can take a hell of a lot of work to keep from going under. But I’m pretty determined not to let the bastards get me down today and for that I’m thankful. Nolite Te Bestardes Carborundorum, am I right?💪🏼Bring it on.
Waiting for Don Quixote - an old mill in the museum of historical way of life in Kiev, Ukraine, is the only thing you see in this aerial shot as the sun put a spotlight on it making it truly the center of attention
Hand of a clock - Time in the mountains goes much faster than in the plains. High mountain peaks reveal the sun later and hide it faster making a day shorter. This photo is taken in Julier Pass, one of the most beautiful roads in Switzerland, at 10.50am. And the natural irony here is that the shadow "hand of a clock" shows 11.50am as if confirming that mountains have a different rhythm of life
Detail of the Gorreana tea plantations of São Miguel. There is an official trail that covers these marvellous fields. Hint: have a cup of this 100% organic tea at the end of the hike in the Chá Gorreana factory 🍵🌿
The famous St. Paul's Cathedral is only 4 minutes walk from SACO Cannon Street, where I was staying in the last two nights. Luckily it was super easy to travel from there in London since the nearest tube station, Mansion House, was only 50 meters away!
SACO is The Serviced Apartment Company, one of the UK’s leading providers of serviced apartments with an extensive network of properties in cities around the world.

Stumbling across scenes like this while driving through the Sacred Valley is not uncommon! The colorful Andean traditions, cultural hats and clothing, and ritual dances are all part of why Peru is one of my favorite places on Earth as a photographer.
I stumbled across this group of Capac Colla dancers performing this "right of passage" dance where the boys all wear masks and have to whip each other until a referee like character breaks them up while onlookers cheer them on and drink fermented strawberry juice. It was a trip to watch and it looked like it hurt more than was fun!
