▪️Gozo, small sister island of Malta, has a lot of churches – some 46 in all (!) 🕍Ta' Pinu - one of the most famous.
It is the Roman Catholic Basilica of the National Shrine of the Blessed Virgin of Ta' Pinu. Ta’ Pinu holds an important and beloved place in the lives of Gozitans.
Various miracles were reported over the years involving people recovering from terminal illness after prayers had been made to the Madonna Ta’ Pinu.
Feel the charm of the world renowned "Our Lady of Ta' Pinu Church" ⛪ which is set against a truly breathtaking backdrop of open countryside and sea views 🌊🌴 Located in the north west of Gozo, close to the charming village of Gharb where you can find some beautiful farmhouses and BnB's 🛏️ to spend a few nights in this peaceful part of Malta. Visiting the church is free and open to the public, they do ask visitors to dress appropriately 👙🚫 though, and willingly borrow out large scarves to cover up. Try to find the "Miracle Wall" inside the church where you can read many personal stories from people around the world. #feelmalta
