Firstly thank you so much to my coach @marquismuscle
It’s been a hell of a rollercoaster of a year & my toughest preps to date but he’s found different ways of getting what we needed to ensure we find what works best for me! And as my Gran always told me, ‘’if you want something bad enough you will work your hardest for it!’’ - I didn’t place last year at British & so to be moved up unexpectedly in June & push harder than ever to shred down to qualify in the show two weeks later, I’ll be honest I went with just the mindset of trying to think it’s an achievement to be stood on that stage with that level of athlete! -
So we finished this years competitive season after a ten month prep with some trophies after many tantrums & with my NFM pro status too. What’s next? .... after holidays I’ll start my second off season with @marquismuscle with food & grow time! 💪🏻
