To squash our late night cravings we love some spicy tandoori chicken burrito... Tell us your favorite late night meal!
200g Chicken Breast Fillet
1 Tsp Tandoori Spices
3 Tbsp Filippo Berio Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Bulla Yogurt
100g Bull Cottage Cheese
1/2 Green Apple
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
2 Lettuce Leaves
2 Rositas Burrito Tortillas
1. Slice the chicken breasts into bite size pieces, marinate in a bowl with the tandoori, olive oil and salt, then saute with the onion in a pan with oil, set aside
2. Dice the apple and soak in a bowl of water for 5 minutes, drain and mix with cinnamon powder, yogurt and cottage cheese, set aside
3. Toast the tortilla skin with oil on both side, add the chicken, lettuce and apple mixture, then wrap and repeat, enjoy!

What a treat to taste the incredible food happening at @laganindiantapas this evening. Had the samosa chaat setting the bar high to start, with tandoori salmon & thali for mains & a side of spicy achari eggplants. All washed down with a sweet mango lassi & a lovely cup of masala tea to finish. We loved it all! 😍
I may not be as active today, it's cz I'm resting up from the weekend.

From the 16th of July to the 16th of August, we are serving 3 special dishes at Charcoal, including this Tandoori Portobello Mushrooms - char-grilled Portobello mushrooms marinated with cumin and yellow chilies then cooked in tandoor.
Portobello mushrooms are like steaks of the mushroom family because of its meaty texture. It tastes delightful when Char-grilled on a tandoor as it gives an umami, charred smokey flavor.
