The Onnit #quadmace is my single favorite piece of equipment, if I had to pick a favorite. Great weight and balance, and the best feeling handle. This sequence here showcases how great this tool is for improving mobility, strength, grip, balance, coordination, you name it! The folks at onnit really hit it out of the park with this piece of equipment!

A bad day at the gym and 32 does not forgive.
Either some heavy thoughts about my life and death put me off focus as f*ck or bad nutrition but I will go with the first option. I just did not feel it today. Everything was heavy.

Tacfit 26: Lima. 3 exercises, 100 reps each, as fast as you can. Temp: 92. Feels like: Satan’s sack. Total speed: forever. Air sucking: frequent. I really need to get a lighter med ball for these. The 45 lber was pretty brutal. This one kicked my butt!
