Tumeric toasted cauliflower and broccoli with lemon tahini and dukkah! So good! If you haven’t tried roasting cauliflower you must... it goes charred and crispy and is so yum! No knead bread with a twist. I like using unexpected ingredients in my bread making and so when the opportunity came up to create a recipe for @tableofplenty using their Natural Kefir I jumped straight on board. You get a light tang from incorporating kefir into the bread dough and a really moist crumb. My little baking tip for this recipe is when adding the chia seeds to bread dough, make sure you toast them lightly before mixing them in, otherwise they do what chia seeds do... soak up all the liquid! I’ve always been a big fan of snacks. Truthfully I think it’s because I’m a big fan of eating, and if you claim to be a ‘snacker’ then really all that means is ‘I kind of just constantly eat but society is okay with that because snacking is a socially acceptable thing.’ And, because I like snacks, you damn well bet I DIG a snack platter. And this particular snack platter, as you may infer from the picture alone, was one heck of a snack platter. Creamy dip, crunchy carrots, chocolate, nuts, BERRIES, and puffed rosemary and sea salt rice cakes (courtesy of @tableofplenty) - basically all the things on a plate. Big yes. Much yum. Enjoying lunch outside today in the glorious Perth sun. Loving this spicy blend Dukkah used when grilling the chicken breast in butter. What a combination! Added some sour cream and olive oil to the salad with colourful salad vegetables. Can't not add my avocado, fetta, pepitas and sunflower seeds too! There's no such thing as to many flavours. Try it!

I am starting out my busy weekend with a relaxing moment in the garden. I have so many friends who are staring to prepare for a fall garden. I still have so much to harvest daily in the current summer one. Grateful for an amazing summer season of growth & bounty in the garden 🌱
Colorful bounty fresh from the garden this morning. I absolutely love making fresh salsa with all my vibrant tomatoes. I do not puree my salsa I leave the small pieces for the visual appeal of bright colors.

This one is a new one for me. I love the #tableofplenty dark choc rice cakes. Inspired by these phenomenal snacks Ive created my own variation using dark chocolate and various seeds and almonds. .. Verdict? Delicious!!! So amazing accompanied with fresh fruits like strawberries and blueberries.

Dukkah baked salmon - in 12 minutes! 👍🏼
I wish I could say I “LOVE” spending time in the kitchen, cooking food, prepping food etc. but the reality is, I just love eating the food 😜 So when I am making meals at home, I’m all about quick and simple. Exhibit A ☝🏼 Dukkah coated salmon and greens. I used @tableofplenty dukkah (from Coles) a little extra salt and pepper and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes (depending on thickness of salmon) at 180 degrees. Serve with a simple green salad with whatever you have (I used spinach, rocket, cucumber) I’ll also roast some broccoli and cauliflower coz I have that in the fridge. That sounds pretty easy to me! Bonus is, it tastes delicious 😁
Had a skint 1/4 of an 🥑 to spare😭 but this ⬆️ looks like more right😏 frozen❄️ peas to the rescue🙌🏼 I blitzed them both with 🍋 juice, jalapeños & S+P until creamy🤤 and then Saturday breakfast was🔙 on 😅😎 #vegan
