Breezy Beachy Wrap
This extra long shawl is super soft and has a great drapey feeling. Perfect for those long, romantic, sunset walks on the beach! The yarn used was Premier DK Colors in Foggy and Strata. Just a basic or tabby weave pattern off my Ashford loom.

Noodling away in spare moments on my second weaving, using The table loom and shuttles borrowed from Barbara, and using stash sock yarn to make a plain striped tabby weave scarf... I'm enjoying the process a lot, though it happens in small bits here and there. Meditative and oddly satisfying. #weaving#tableloom#sockyarn#stripes#tabbyweave
Pretty pleased with how this bb is coming along. I love weaving! I have done it a few times in the past and it was cool but it never really clicked. This time I really did my homework (I love, love, love to research stuff) and it has totally paid off! I'm having so much fun and am 100 times more satisfied with the results. Can't wait to see where this bb ends up. #weaving
#wovember day 26 - #weave - These are both quite old. My father wove the little one to go with a bolero mum knitted (I was about 5). The other is about 6ft long - I wove it in sock yarn when I was taking weaving classes in the 70s. I never wear the little one (far too small) and haven't worn the large one for years. Perhaps I should soften it and wear again. #handwovenscarves#keepwarminwovember#wovember2017#tabbyweave
