Tabata training was discovered by Japanese scientist Dr. Izumi Tabata and a team of researchers from the National Institute of Fitness and Sports in Tokyo.

Tabata training is one of the most popular forms of high intensity interval training (HIIT). It consists of eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval. It may only take four minutes to complete a Tabata circuit, but those four minutes may well push your body to its absolute limit.

Thursday was a CrossFitday again. I started with a short 1.8km crossrun from Home to Box. We did crabe  gear, inch worms and technical units for warm up. First time in my live i tested pegboard. At the end i had to say i have to train my arms :-) In WOD I did 7 rounds with rope climbs, 3d-ball cleans and 1 snatch. Round starts every second minute on the minute. The rope climbs gone Well and 30kg d-ball was to easy, so i used 40kg since round 2. I started the snatch with 30kg, increased it every round by 5kg until 45kg. After round 4 i reduce it to 35kg for good technic. 
After workout, 4 guys gone on airbike and skierg and got pushed by Tabata 20-10 for 65 and 52kcal. 
The morning workout was really well. And at the end, i crossrun again. And it was nice to be first in the morning in whiteboard. ;-) In the evening I decided to use the Airbike again. After 5min warm Up, I done an 10-20 Tabata, 5 rounds of 20kcal every second minute on the minute, a easy Tabata 10-20 and 5min normal biking. It was a great day.

If you don’t have a terracore this can be done on the floor, step or bosu.  What I DO love about the terracore is that it has components of a step, a stability trainer, core trainer, and weights! (It weighs almost 30lbs!!!) I was completely gassed after this workout!

⚡️THROWBACK THURSDAY ⚡️ .
A lot of you are new to my page and I get asked a lot about my back story. Have I always been fit?  The answer is no. Long story short, I was always an athlete growing up. Had three children and gained over 100lbs PLUS with EACH of my three kids. I yo yo dieted for YEARS, always looking for a quick fix..and at some point completely gave up weighing at my highest 280lbs. I became the “kids mom.” My “husbands  wife.” I felt total guilt in taking any time for myself. I never did “GNO’s” when my kids were young, hardly ever let lose, never had ME time, felt guilty not making it about them 24/7. I was a mom, not Diana....and that was that! .

A life changing event catapulted me to where I’m at now.  SOME family and friends have had a hard time watching me transform....BUT.......it’s not selfish, it’s a necessity. Look at the girl on the left. She was uncomfortable, unhappy, not fun to be around, lazy, depressed, never wanted to leave the house. Working out and getting fit I became (as you can tell by the posture in pic right) more confident, more self aware, kinder, healthier, mentally sharper, empowered. Do you notice these things have nothing to do with aesthetics?? For me it’s all about the FEELS!  Feeling confident, feeling healthy, feeling strong, feeling empowered! .
I stay motivated because I never want to FEEL like the women on the left......ever again. Truthfully it’s EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE to share this particular picture...I remember that feeling so felt that night-and it was a terrible way to live!!
If I can do it anyone can!  TAKE CARE OF YOU-you only have one life!

-Табата (планка 20*10 -8кругов)
-Нижний пресс (ноги с разными углами, не знаю как корректнее сказать - смотрите в видео) 😅

Даже если он прошел очень лениво, завершился он в прекрасном ресторане, который прям перед носом, возле обшаги а посетила его я первый раз! 
И самое интересное, что еда там отличается! 
Чем?
А тем, что она мега полезная и здоровая, так как есть китайские травы - все натуральное 😍😋
А обслуживание какое - высший пилотаж! 
Вот впервые в Китае, я встретила такое обслуживание, вот честно. 
Во первых - атмосфера! будто ты в каком нибудь замке.
Сидишь такая королева, а вокруг дворецкий ходит 😅
Или вот гувернатки, которые нальют чай, положат вилку и все все сделают для тебя))
Мы сидели в отдельной комнате типа вип кабинки, после этого, я поняла какую гостиную я себе хочу! 😋😍
Короче, ребята, открывайте ваши желания, и тогда все будет! 
Самое смешное, что этот ресторан прям рядом со мной, но он всегда был закрыт или не работал, или я ее не замечала.
А после того, как я открыла свои желания в Универсальных Установках и сказала что "мне можно все", и проработала свое окружение, я встретила прекрасного человека, с кем мы разделили сегодняшний вечер ❤️🌺
Безумно благодарна Всевышнему за сегодняшний день! 
И за то, что Он дал мне Мастер Кит ☺️
Дал возможность понять и прийти к такому решению.

This is one of my fav ways to use it...
• 4 movements....for example;

Static lunges
Bicycle sit ups
Burpees

So there’s a 16 minute workout! I find that a manageable amount of time for me at home with the kids. Usually lots of visitors by the 4th round! Do this regularly and you’ll quickly see results 💪🏼👊🏻

Butt - Legs - Arms - Core ... this Tabata Workout is def a FAT 🔥Burner! . 🔥 6 moves = 8 sets each starting with 20 seconds intense work and 10 seconds rest recovery. 🔥 After completing 8 sets, move on to the next move. 🔥 This was a re-enactment of a true story live class that just happened minutes before. 🤔😆 . The scenes have been modified from the true story replacing the group exercise room with a stairwell, the weighted body bars with a PVC pipe, and a step bench has been removed from the scene. . ✨🌟✨🤪 Each move should take you 4 minutes making this at least a 24 min workout sans warm up and cool down. . 🔥 First HIIT / Weight Class Back since breaking 2 fingers 2 months ago and having pin removal surgery on the bandaged hand just 2 days ago. 🤩🤷🏼‍♀️ . This would also be a great place for beginners to start!  Floor exercises can be modified by doing on your knees! .

10 FRONT LUNGE/KNEE UPS (each side)
20 ALTERNATING LEG TAP OVERS 
20 REVERSE LUNGE CRESCENT KICK
20 OPPOSITE SHOULDER TAPS
15 PRISONER SQUAT/CROSS BODY CRUNCHES
REPEAT 4X’S with little to no rest! .
WE AERE ALL BEGINNERS AT SOME POINT!  Working out isn’t as hard as our minds tells us that it is!  Have fun with it. Focus on one day at a time!  Celebrate what your body can do and focus on getting stronger with each workout!  You got this!! .
