Pontos negativos: - Comecei a sentir vontade de comer as coisas que estava acostumada e que tirei do meu cardápio, o doce e as massas principalmente. (Sofri com isso!)
- As dores foram intensas nos primeiros dias. - Tornozelo inchou logo na primeira semana. Me impediu de fazer alguns exercícios. - Ainda não consegui me adequar aos horários das alimentações, elas estavam totalmente desregradas. - A correria do dia a dia ainda me faz esquecer de tomar água. - O final de semana foi uma tortura! Acabou o cachorro quente durante a madrugada.

Pontos positivos: - O sono melhorou 80%. - Já me sinto mais disposta para os exercícios e para o dia a dia em geral. - Acrescentei ingredientes no meu cardápio, saudáveis, e que agradaram o meu paladar. - Consegui colocar duas calças que não entravam mais. - A postura melhorou. - As amigas me incentivaram muito, ajudando no cardápio da semana. - Já tomei mais água do que tomei nos últimos 27 anos da minha vida!

L’allenamento è disciplina, è amore per se stessi, è rispetto per il proprio corpo e per la propria mente. Ritagliarsi un’oretta da dedicare a se stessi non è egoismo o strafottenza. È qualcosa di esclusivamente positivo che gioverà fin da subito e porterà benefici al nostro stile di vita.

E passamos pela primeira semana 🙌🏻 Não foi nada fácil 😓

Pontos negativos: - Comecei a sentir vontade de comer as coisas que estava acostumada e que tirei do meu cardápio, o doce e as massas principalmente. (Sofri com isso!)
- As dores foram intensas nos primeiros dias. - Tornozelo inchou logo na primeira semana. Me impediu de fazer alguns exercícios. - Ainda não consegui me adequar aos horários das alimentações, elas estavam totalmente desregradas. - A correria do dia a dia ainda me faz esquecer de tomar água. - O final de semana foi uma tortura! Acabou o cachorro quente durante a madrugada.

Pontos positivos: - O sono melhorou 80%. - Já me sinto mais disposta para os exercícios e para o dia a dia em geral. - Acrescentei ingredientes no meu cardápio, saudáveis, e que agradaram o meu paladar. - Consegui colocar duas calças que não entravam mais. - A postura melhorou. - As amigas me incentivaram muito, ajudando no cardápio da semana. - Já tomei mais água do que tomei nos últimos 27 anos da minha vida!
