Just want to give a shout out to the main man & my trainer Pitt and the team at Team.Bros. You guys have been great! After training for so long on my own, I feel like it's all been wasted time after learning and doing what the guys here teach. 
These guys are the real deal. Been with them for 5 weeks and numbers don't lie. I've seen huge results and am happy with the progress I've made so far. More than anything, they've help me break mental boundaries as well as physical, so massive credit to these lads. Love their work!
