Leg Day ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿพ

Todays routine put a bit of emphasis on the hamstrings. Been improving my hamstrings and overall leg size as of recently. Here are some of my go to exercises:
1๏ธโƒฃ Hip Thrusts 4 x 8
2๏ธโƒฃ Deadlifts 4 x 8 plus 2 warm up sets
3๏ธโƒฃ Lying Leg Curls 4 x 10, 12, 12, 15

Finished the work out with 5 sets of calf raises. Definitely lacking in that department, itโ€™s hard to isolate my left calf due to an injury from when I was younger. I shattered my left knee to the point where you could see the bone. Hasnโ€™t stopped me though.

My inner thoughts when squatting are as follows:

1. Don't fart
2. Don't pass out
3. Don't shit my pants

Push day stuff:

Squats: 175x3, 200x3, and 225x15. You probably won't see it all in the video. Also had to change my stance here and there... Poverty wider grip bench press: 155x3, 175x3, and 200x8. Wider grip is definitely my weakness since I'm better at close grip... Finished off with a bunch of push/pull medley stuff to include this land in squat/press complex... Landmine squat: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10
Landmine press: 10, 8, 6, 4, 2

# Steps of Chakrasana #

1. Lie down on your back with feet apart ,bend your knees and place your feet on the ground close to your body.

2. Now bring your palms under your shoulders such that the fingers point towards the shoulders and the elbows are shoulder width apart.

3. Inhale and press your palms firmly into the floor.

4. Lift your shoulders and elbow firmly into the floor
Your Feet should be pressed firmly into the floor.

5. Inhale and lift your hips up.

6. The spine should be rolled up so that it may seem to resemble a semi circular arch or wheel.

7. Straighten out your arms and legs as much as possible so that the hips and chest maybe pushed up.

8.Hold this pose for at least 15-30 seconds.

9. To go back to original, bend your elbows to lower your head and shoulders to the floor.
