So here’s my #transformationtuesday I really am out of my comfort zone I can tell you for sharing this , yet I’m so inspired by all I follow on Instagram who share their photos.
Photo with my mum is Feb ‘16 before I was ill but still had a struggle with my weight.
B/W photo of me summer ‘17 which I hate, I had become very unwell and spent a long time on steroids. I cry at this photo it’s the worst photo ever, it was not just the steroids and other medication I was on but the food I ate and going from 100mph girl to 0mph
Me today (photo in colour taken last week ) still on medication (not steroids ) I’m not in the place I was with my illness at the moment. I’ve taken control of my eating habits especially in the last 4 weeks following #slimmingworlduk I feel my head is in the right mind set and zone to achieve weight loss. I still have a long way in my weight loss journey to go but I’m positive I will get there.
Weigh day result ✨ deffo wasn’t my next post from breakfast but here it is... 2.5 lbs off wahooo! You know that moment when you ask them again lol deffo did that this morning just to make sure I heard right, was over the moon. Thought I’d share with a wishing well as I’m wishing that I can stay motivated to have another good loss next week! 🌸🌺🌸
I’ve eaten some great SW friendly food in my 10 months of @slimmingworld. This week has not been one of them. I’ve lived off mug shots, muller lights, Hifi bars and eating-out (then not eating anything else for 24 hours to make up for it) DO NOT RECOMMEND. 🙈
So here is a picture of some fried rice and beans I made ages ago that I hope will motivate me to actually eat some real food this week 😩
Plus side... I lost 2.5lb. (not deserved) ☺️
