11pm and it's dinner time and finally after rushing around, time to be pleased with a fabulous day eating and ending on 9 syns.
Breakfast - carrot and raisin oat biscuit (healthy extra B and 2 syns) with apple
Lunch - chicken and mushroom carbonara (that was topped with 40g light cheddar healthy extra A) and salad
Dinner - salmon pate with scan bran (3), veg sticks, popcorn (4) and an apple.
*HONEST POST* I haven’t taken any pics in SOOOO long and this is why! I look like a big blob 😂 baring in mind I’ve taken these after eating pasta and way too much chocolate but nonetheless I’ve seriously slipped if I look back on how well I did last year and the fact I’ve put all my weight back on...I feel horrible and I’m pissed off at myself for not sticking with the plan and just stuffing my face so much...I’m hoping these will make me remember why I did this in the first place and get back to where I should be!
