I love baking 😍 I love baking good stuff instead of eating what my family get from outside 🌱
Never thought that I'll be a friend with the kitchen! 😂 It used to hate me!
I finally tried baking banana bread 🍌🍞 this one was vegan 🌿 and so yummy even my little brothers loved it 😍 so moist and smell amazing!! Vegan banana bread *1/12 slice has around 184 calories *
with 4 medium mashed bananas 
1/4 cup vegetable oil (I used olive)
1/4 cup almond milk 
1/2 cup light brown suger (I used date syrup)
2tsp vanilla
2 cups flour (I used 1 cup oat flour plus 1 cup all purpose flour)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt 
topped with two dark choclate pieces. 🍫
preheat the oven to 180c
mix the dry ingredients alnoe then add it to the mixed wet ingredients (just as usual) bake for 45 minutes then cover with a foil and bake it for another 10-15 min.

Ok so Mama wanted the recipe! SHE LOVED IT and people you should truly try it, I sadly didn't find soft labaneh or zabade so I used plain yogurt, thank god it went fine it just didn't rise as expected 🙏

للاسف ما لقيت عنا لبنه طريه او زبادي فاستخدمت لبن و كنت خايفه تخرب بس الحمد لله طلعت كتير منيحه بس ما رفعت او نفخت متل اللازم
المقادير بلصور.. بحاول احط الطرق هون مع انهم موجودين علموقع بس عشان يصير ارشيف لالي ارجع بسرعه عليه بدل ما اقعد ادور و نفس الشي بلكي فدتكم ☺
سخنوا الفرن 180 درجه
هلا وعاء 1 فيه الطحين و بيكنغ باود و الصودا و القرفه و الزنجبيل و جوزة الطيب و الملح.. خلط
وعاء 2 زبيب مع معلقه طحين افركوهم بعدين ضيفوا الجزر المبروش و الجوز
وعاء 3 زيت مع شراب القيقيب اخلطوهم و ضيفوا البيضتين  اخلطوهم منيح بعدين ضيفو اللبن و الفانيلا .. خلط .. ضيفو كلشي بوعاء واحد و اخلطوا منيح بعدين جهزوا صواني الكب كيك ادهنوهم بزبده او ورق و بلفرن 13 دقيقه اتأكدوا انها استوت باستخدام الشوكه.

*الكالوري تقريبا بواحد مفن من اصل اثنا عشر باستخدام زبيب 202.5
*باستخدام شوكو شيب 241 * و بلسكر البني شوي اكتر
مفن الموز:
3 موز
ربع كوب زيت (او زبت زيتون)
ربع كوب حليب اللوز (ممكن حليب عادي ازا مو نباتي)
نصف كوب سكر بني 
ملعقتين صغار فانيلا
كوبين طحين
ملعقه صغيرة قرفه
ملعقه صغيرة بيكنغ صودا
نصف معلقة صغيرة ملح
كوب شوكولا شيب
و موز مقطع ازا بدكم علوجه
هلا انا غيرت فيها كتير عشان تصير صحية اكتر ..
استخدمت بدل الطحين (طحين اسمر او شوفان مطحون او لوز مطحون او خليط منه كله)
بدل زيت الخضار ممكن زين زيتون او زيت جوز الهند
بدل الشوكولا حطيت زبيب بس فعليا ما كان عندي شوكولا ولا كان حطيت هاها 🙆🙈
بدل سكر بني (شراب قيقب او دبس تمر او عسل)🍯
سخنو الفرن ل180 درجه بوعاء و شوكه اهرسوا الموز و ضيفو السكر و الزيت و الفانيلا و الحليب .. بوعاء تاني باقي المحتويات الناشفه و بس اضيفوا الوعاء الاول علتاني ضيفو الشلوكولا و بلفرن ل18 دقيقه او حتى تفوت شوكه و تطلع ناشفه او يكون عليها شوي تكتلات.

*1/12 muffin with raisins and has 202.5 cal
*1/12 muffin with choco chips has 241 cal
*using brown suger will add some cal
3 medium ripe bananas
¼ cup vegetable oil (I used olive oil or coconut oil)
¼ cup almond milk
½ cup light brown sugar (Use maple, date syrup or honey) 
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour (use oat or almond flour)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (I used riasins didn't have choco 🙈)
sliced bananas, for topping

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350F. Line two muffin pans with liners and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas. Add the brown sugar, oil, vanilla, and almond milk, and whisk to incorporate.
Add in the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon, and use a spoon to mix. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips.
Using a large spoon, divide the batter evenly among 15 muffins. Top each with a slice of banana.
Bake for 16-18 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with just a few crumbs.

Not a new thing just another tuna salad that I had yesterday but this one I massaged the cabbage with a dash of salt so it become soft (like a sauerkraut that I'm looking forword to make) and it tasted good so I just wanted to note this out..

I use instagram 📸 as an archive 📥 for my life so it is like a galary for me, events, new meals that I try, my drawings (speaking of which I missed drawing)😢, the other aim is to inspire people for a healthier lifestyle whether by keep moving or doing healthier dishes or even know how to eat an unhealthy dish in a healthy way! People asked me a lot and i found instagram an amazing place where I can answer and show what I make or do. So yep I do not label my diet I label my lifestyle ☺ everything is healthy in my dictionary but it is all just about the amount and balance so please please don't tell me that I eat kunafeh a lot! I know when and how much to eat it and it is one of my favorite things that rise my mood up so I am not gonna stop eating it cause if I did then that would be unhealthy for myself 🙊 that is one example that I get criticized about  alot! don't get me wrong I love when my friends alarm me on things but I wish they do the same so we would share our experiences. I also love that people are giving me feedbacks I feel so much happy when I hear it and I thank god that I had a small effect on a few of my friends and some strangers 😍🙏

Not a new thing just another tuna salad that I had yesterday but this one I massaged the cabbage with a dash of salt so it become soft (like a sauerkraut that I'm looking forword to make) and it tasted good so I just wanted to note this out.. سلطة تونا.. الاشي الجديد فيها انه عملت مساج لورق الملفوف المقطع بشويه ملح فصار طري اكتر بطل يقرش يعني، ممكن يكون الز و هوه بقرش او هيك بكلا الحالتين حلو التغيير جربوها .. *can of tuna (washed and drained) grated carrot chopped onion two large leafs cabbage massaged witha dash of salt. a lot of parsley cutted into tiny pieces *for dressing,, tbsp mayonnaise tbsp dijon juice of a whole medium lemon . I use instagram 📸 as an archive 📥 for my life so it is like a galary for me, events, new meals that I try, my drawings (speaking of which I missed drawing)😢, the other aim is to inspire people for a healthier lifestyle whether by keep moving or doing healthier dishes or even know how to eat an unhealthy dish in a healthy way! People asked me a lot and i found instagram an amazing place where I can answer and show what I make or do. So yep I do not label my diet I label my lifestyle ☺ everything is healthy in my dictionary but it is all just about the amount and balance so please please don't tell me that I eat kunafeh a lot! I know when and how much to eat it and it is one of my favorite things that rise my mood up so I am not gonna stop eating it cause if I did then that would be unhealthy for myself 🙊 that is one example that I get criticized about alot! don't get me wrong I love when my friends alarm me on things but I wish they do the same so we would share our experiences. so when my family order meals from outside I took a chance to try new recipes, this one is actually invented by me hahah I just saw a lot of cooking and decided to put whatever veggies I find in the fridge to make something like a stew 😍
 صلصة الطماطم مع الخضار (هاهاهاا تسميتي)
هلا اول شي قطعت بصلة و حطيتها مع معلقة زيت علغاز و قلبتها لحتى صارت تتحول لبني ضفت بطاطا مقشرة و مقطعه مكعبات، ظفت معلقة زيت و حركتها بعدين تركتها عنار خفيف و غطيت عليها، 
على جنب قشرت و قطعت بندورة ناعم جدا و انتبهوا تكون طرية عشان يكون فيها عصير، و برضو علغاز شويت باذنجان لعشر دقايق قلبت فيها الوجه و بعدين قطعتها مكعبات، هلا بعد خمس دقايق تقريبا لما تصير البطاطا شوي طريه ظفت شوي بازيلا و جزر المفرز و حركت لدقيقه بعدين ظفت البندورة و معلقتين معجون طماطم و ملح و فلفل و بودرة بصل و بوردة توم و ريحان مجفف و معلقه صغيرة سكر و اوريغانو و حركتهم و ضفت ربع او نص كوب مي مغليه (غليتها عجنب) و رفعت علنار لحتى غليت و بعدين وطيت و سكرت عليه ل8 دقايق (كنت اتفقدها كل شوي و احركها).. اثنائها ظفت الباذنجان كان شبه مستوي اصلا . .
 do not worry I know how to make tomato suace alone this one I just added veggies to it, anywho here's what happened:
I chopped an onion and put it with a spoon of olive oil on heat and stir for a mintue till it becomes brown, I added cubes of peeled potato with another spoon of olive oil and then put the lid on and left it on low heat for 5 mintues, when the potato become soft I added frozen carrot, peas, chickpeas and left it for a minute, then added tomato (peeled and cutted into tiny tiny pieces) with two spoons tomato paste, salt, pepper, dry basil, onion and garlic powder, tsp suger and oregano, stir and add half a cup or so of boiled water, let it boil and then simmer on low heat till you get the desired thickness of a tomato suace, I baked aubergine aside and it was very cooked so I just added it the last minute and voila 💥💥
very simple and yummy .. how I cooked basmati?
I had one cup washed and drained 3 times with water then soaked it in boiled water for 20 minutes, I prepared a pot with 1+ 3/4 cup water and  brought it to a boil,  add the rice and wait till it bubble then lower the heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes with the lid on.

My dad's usual favorite plate from divan cake 😍 Chicken with basil🍃 cream
Divan cake, the one resturant that I recommend all my friends to visit and everytime something happen and they dissappointe me in front of my friends, now I find no one but my family to have lunch with in it 😂 it is a sad story cause I love their plates so much, well cooked stuff especially the chicken! so yep I had to share this meal cause it totally worth a try! it is the first time I actually notice the basil taste 😛🙈 but yes I also recommend spaghetti bolognese, futtucini, all the grilled chicken plates, corn soup 🍲😍and the chicken burger.
they are masters in cakes 🍰 btw as you can see from the name hahah but also the lemon ice cream is unforgetable 😋🍧.
Now I feel like I got money to advertise the restaurant 😂😂 But this is not it I promise ✋
I am gonna force my friends to try it again hahaha hopefully no bad luck would exist like the past times 🙏
P.S ask them not to put the suace on the chicken when they serve it so you would control the amount that you desire 😋🐓

كوكيز زبدة الفستق بديل الشغلات المعبئة و المصنعه، سهلة و مفيدة بس بشرط ما تاكلوش اكتر من تنتين 😒 هاهاها و اللي بدهم ينحفوا او ببرنامج تنحيف الكوكي الوحده تقريبا فيها 120 كالوري فانتبهوا ☺ مكوناتها:

كوب زبدة الفول السوداني (يفضل تعملوها بلبيت او تجيبو الطبيعيه اللي ما فيها زيوت)
معلقة كبيرة شراب القيقب
بيضة
معلقة صغيرة فانيلا
3 ملاعق كبيرة شوفان مطحون (قيسو كم معلقة بعد طحنه على الة القهوة او الخلاط)
معلقتين كبار بذور الكتان مطحونة
سخنوا الفرن على درجة 180 س .. و حطو كلشي بوعاء و اخلطوهم منيح بعدين فضوهم على ورقه زبدة عشكل كرات.. و بعدين حاولي تسطحوهم شوي او تمددوهم بحيث ياخدو الشكل اللي بدكم اياه .. علفرن لمدة 8 الى عشر دقايق او لما يصيرسطحهم السغلي بني فاتح. خليهم يرتاحوا نص ساعه. 😋
Peanut butter cookies 🍪 (1/15) has 120cal
1 cup peanut butter (use natural one if you have)
1tbsp maple syrup 
1 egg
1tsp vanilla extract
3tbsp ground oats (measure after grinding) (I used the coffee bean grinder
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
preheat oven to 180 degree c .. add all ingredients to a bowl and mix it then scoop it onto a parchment paper, flatten them a bit and into the oven  for 8-10 minutes or when the bottom is brown.. let them cool for half an hour.

الدبابات كلها حقيقية اللي فيه و مستخدمة ما عدا دبابه وحدة مصنعة طبق الاصل. 
ترتيب قاعاته بحيث كل قاعة بتحكي عن حدث مهم اولهم الثورة العربية الكبرى .. الحروب العالمية .. معركة الكرامة اللي جسدوا فيها بعض من الشهداء ليحكوا قصتهم.. مرورا بدبابات العدو المستخدمه.. و قاعة الملك عبد الله اللي فيها فرجونا كيف مركز الملك عبد الله الثاني للتصميم و التطوير اللي فيه بصنعوا مختلف الوسائل الدفاعية و اللي اثار نظري استخدامهم لل drones لتحديد موقع الاصابة لحتى يسعفوا المصاب باسرع وقت ممكن.. الكل لازم يزوره .. الصرح بجنن و مصمم بتقنيات عالمية و متقدمة جدا.

One of the amazing places I've visited in my lovely country Jordan ❤ @theroyaltankmuseum It was a special one this place is built by international standards where you feel like you've gone out of the usual world into different eras, each and every hall takes you to the past; feeling the fear our soldiers had (a bit of course) I can not imagine what they went through, the voices of bombs and firing! yep they had weird effects just to live the moment.

The Jordanian armed forces is being up to date with the devloped techniques, a one that I was intrested in is using the drones for emergency! and yet the armed forces are still trying to cope with the civilization.

Figs has a special place in my heart, I grew up having figs all the time in the fridge and it's all from my teta's tree الله يرحمك و يجعل مثواكي الجنه يا رب  she took care of her trees! like her sons and daughters. and they are so big and alive but their soul has gone! I missed your tree and the special taste of its figs. grandpa is trying to give figs like you did but he doesn't wait until they're mature enough so now the tree is empty and I didn't get the mature great figs that you used to pick for us, my grandpa's excitement to continue doing what you used to do makes me happy but yet I can see the sadness in his eyes non-stop، it doesn't go away! is this love? true love? or the fact that you lived 60 years beside a person that it becomes a part of you; care.
