Today was one of those not feeling the workout kind of days. All through my arm routine my brain is telling me to just quit, stop now.
Why does this happen??
I love to work out. I took 2 days off over the weekend. 
I believe our brains give up way before our bodies ever would. If I can convince my mind, there’s nothing I can’t do. 
So I pushed through and got about 35 minutes in. Cheers to getting it done when I definitely did not want to 💪

I’ve been overweight since childhood. I’ve tried various diets and lost weight but nothing lasted...until now. 
1) I tried weight watchers in my early 20’s. I lost weight initially but couldn’t sustain it. 
2) I tried prescribed diet pills and lost 60lbs. Once I stopped taking them alllll the weight came back. 
3) I tried a book diet called Shred. I lost 30lbs but couldn’t stick to that kind of eating long term. 
4) I committed to lowcarb/ Keto diet after finding out I was borderline diabetic in July 2016. And something finally stuck. I lost weight and enjoy this way of eating. 
I encourage all of you to look for a way of eating that is sustainable for your life and stick with it. Consistency goes a long way! ❤️

Wczorajszego popołudnia z racji wolnego czasu postanowiłam upiec coś słodkiego i zdrowego ❤️Wszystkie kobietki lubią słodkie, ale też wszystkie powinny dbać o linię ❤️Dbając o linię, a czując chęć skonsumowania czegoś słodkiego i zdrowego zrobiłam ciacho #bezcukru. Ze względu na to , że szkoda mi czasu i też nie przepadam nad spędzaniem go " przy garach" 😜 przygotowanie szybkie, sprawne i jakże smaczne 🍰

Bezglutenowy chlebek bananowo - daktylowy. Przepis bazowy od @fitfood_marlenki 👍. Zmodyfikowałam trochę by chlebek był weganski, gdyż cukry mojego synka niedobrze reagują na jajka. A taky přijel kamarád z

RECEPT:
Hozzávalók:
✔️3 érett banán 🍌
✔️12 dkg négyszeres erősségű #raspberrywell édesítőszer
✔️4 ek. kókuszolaj
✔️60 ml @alpro kókuszital ✔️200 g @raspberry_well zabpehely (@nutribullet_hungary turmixgéppel lisztté őröltem a zabpelyhet)
✔️15 dkg tört dió ✔️fél kiskanál szódabikarbóna
✔️2 teáskanál holland cukrozatlan kakaópor.

Elkészítés:
Összetörjük a banánokat, elkeverjük az édesítőszerrel, kókuszzsírral, kókuszitallal és állni hagyom. Közben 180 fokra melegítjük a sütőt. Hozzákeverjük a száraz anyagokat, kivéve a kakaóport. A masszát kettéosztjuk és a feléhez hozzáadjuk a kakaóport. Szilikon kuglófformát használunk és a kétféle masszát rétegezve beleöntjük. 
Kb. 45 perc alatt sütöm készre, majd hagyom a formában kihűlni.
