The breakfast/ brunch menu is set to be a visual treat, having been created by Finnish cookbook author and Instagrammer Virpi Mikonnen (a.k.a Vanelja) 😍 Expect plenty of painterly touches – from avocado roses and pink hummus elevating your avo-toast game, to edible flowers fluttering atop multi-hued smoothie bowls😚 Coffees come in an array of rainbow colours (from blue algae to beetroot), alongside Ozone coffee and an exquisite selection of tea from Kusmi 🌟🤩 It’s the long line-up of cakes, tarts, pastries and all other manners of sweet treats which prove the real highlight though, showing off chef/ owner Zahra Khan’s passion for baking 💪🏻 .

Yes, they taste as wonderful as they look. I’ve provided the crepe recipe, plus the cheese filling details too 🤗
**** Crepe Batter ****
▪️1 cup of flour
▪️1 1/2 cup of milk
▪️3 teaspoons of sugar
▪️1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
▪️1 teaspoon melted butter
**** Cheese Filling ****
▪️1 cup of ricotta cheese
▪️2 tablespoons of cream cheese
▪️1 teaspoon of sugar
▪️1 teaspoon of honey
**** For Crepes ****
🔹Combine all crepe batter ingredients into a mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, mix well for a few minutes until all ingredients are combined and batter is formed - should be quite runny. Remove mixer. Set batter aside.
🔹On stovetop, heat a large pan (10-12 inches) on medium-high heat. Spray with cooking spray.
🔹Using a ladle, scoop out a full amount of batter and place directly into the centre of the hot pan. IMMEDIATELY lift pan handle up from stovetop and vey quickly swirl pan/batter around until entire pan is coated with batter (to form the crepe). You must do this quickly so the batter moves around entire pan before setting.
🔹Place pan back onto burner and cook for approximately 30-40 seconds (or until batter no longer looks wet). Using a large spatula, flip entire crepe onto other side (flip quickly to avoid falling apart).
🔹Cook on new side for approximately 15-20 seconds. Remove from pan immediately. Lay crepe flat on to a large plate. Repeat until all batter is used up. Stack all crepes on top of each other on same plate.
**** For Cheese Filling ****
🔹In a bowl, combine all cheese filling ingredients. Microwave for approximately 35 seconds. Mix all ingredients together very well. And you’re done!
Top crepes with cheese filling, enjoy rolled up or folded over. Add your favourite fruits and enjoy 🍓🍓
