Earlier this week I prepped a large veggie platter and a large fruit platter. I knew my children would need snacks while busy playing this week so I made sure we had healthy stuff. Tonight I was craving sweets.... I decided on Sweet Orange Peppers! All I had to do was grab them. Bonus.... both my children AND parent's walked by the platters that I layed out and are snacking on them too. Usually they go for chips or bread or chocolate. Tonight prepping made my whole family a little bit healthier.
