Just because it’s the weekend doesn’t mean it’s going to stop me training. In fact I love weekends more as That’s when I usually buddy train and grab some brunch.
Today I have some work to do though so solo training for me. Going to go and workout these legs.

Holy cow wow I haven’t posted on here in over a month! Isn’t it crazy how sometimes life just happens? I intended to post on this account everyday to help hold me accountable through the #last90days challenge. However, I have been thrown some curve balls that have taken more of my time to emotionally mourn, and in turn of this I’ve been faced to finally cope with past relationships. Meaning I’ve been a mess this past month, and coming on here to post and talk about my life just hasn’t felt right. I wasn’t quite sure how to hop back on here, but I know that being vulnerable is what this whole journey is about. Admitting that I hit a bump in the road, but I’m choosing to get back up and on the road to the best me, is what this community is all about. We made a lifestyle choice and yes sometimes life happens and gets in the way, but we lean on each other so that we have a quicker come back. I’m so grateful to finally be feeling better and can’t wait to get back into tracking progress with everyone! Stay motivated through this weekend! Happy Friday Y’all! Trying to eat a little more "clean" this week, and with this warmer weather its so much easier to eat a salad .. Here's a little chicken salad I just whipped up. YUM! .
I love my mandolin slicer - it's my favourite tool in the kitchen. Makes veggie prep so much easier (and so much harder for the kids to pick out of their meals!) What's your favourite kitchen tool?

Lately, I’ve been going to the gym super late (9:30-11 pm ish). If I had a choice I’d go late morning (around 10 or 11) everyday but like many of you, there’s work, school, and just other things in life 📚

I have a love/hate relationship with Wall Balls- I love to hate them. But if you ask me if I could only do one exercise for the rest of my life, I think it would be this 🙈 I can’t wait until I can throw this ⚫️🔴 Beauty back up to the 🎯 @rfe_fitness
