The Big YUCKO!!!! I really didn’t think Deb and I would make it through all 3 rounds!!! But, we ain’t scared!!! @bugmeh_ it’s always a blast working out with you!!!!! If you dare, venture through 3 rounds of the entire workout starting with 7 minutes of On the minute-perform exercise followed by the second exercise the remainder of the minute, DB complex, sled push and suicides, and a different tabata at the end of each round.

What’s up guys! I talked about trusting the process today in one of my online fitness group, and it’s such an important topic to me because I did have my doubts in the beginning.
This photo was taken early on and I still remember how hard it was for me to do certain yoga moves, take pictures, and realize I looked nothing like the trainers from my fitness program. But I kept at it, pushed through those self-doubts, and now I’m the most flexible I’ve ever been!!
Always trust the process y’all. The best things in life require lots of hard work and even more time. You will get there!

Today, I just didn't wanna.
Didn't wanna get out of bed.
Didn't wanna read my PD.
Didn't wanna workout.
Didn't wanna go to work.
Didn't wanna talk with my coworkers.
Didn't wanna eat well.
Didn't wanna drink water.
Didn't wanna get off the couch.
Didn't wanna do anything.
But you know what? I did anyway. I'm not going to lie and say I feel amazing because honestly, I'm exhausted.
It's days like this that you have to push through.
It's days like this that you grow the most.
It's days like this that your prove to yourself how bad you want it.
And guess what?
I still don't wanna do the dishes.
I still don't wanna put away the laundry.
And I still don't wanna walk the dog.
But you can bet I'm gonna do it anyway.
If I can, you can too. 💕
I gained a little weight back after I finished 80 Day Obsession with all the traveling and summer festivities ✈️☀️🍺🍕🍔🍟 It’s sometimes easy for us to notice when we’ve gotten off track, but what is more important is to take the time to recognize how far we’ve come. 💪
Usually when I start a new program, I hide those ‘before’ photos and vow only to let them surface when I’ve gotten a lot closer to my goal weight. But now I share them because it’s NOT about being perfect for me. It’s about becoming comfortable in my skin. It’s about being PROUD of my body and how strong it has become. And even though I’m not exactly where I’d like to be, I’m a heck of a lot closer than I was six months ago. 💗💗 Here’s to a new program, new goals, but more importantly, a NEW mindset. 🤟 Could you use some extra accountability this summer without having to commit to a strict diet or exercising 6 days a week?
