Making more progress today. I didn't complete the 5 rounds in time BUT I did complete 4 rounds with the heaviest weight I've ever done in a workout for cleans and overhead. And I did the S2O unbroken each round. What’s up guys! I talked about trusting the process today in one of my online fitness group, and it’s such an important topic to me because I did have my doubts in the beginning.

This photo was taken early on and I still remember how hard it was for me to do certain yoga moves, take pictures, and realize I looked nothing like the trainers from my fitness program. But I kept at it, pushed through those self-doubts, and now I’m the most flexible I’ve ever been!!

My 36 minute workout turned into 46 minutes because I am all about proper form😬
Casyn needed some extra guidance on pullovers, bicep curls and Superman’s.  He got it down though! 
Thank you to my gymnastic coaches for educating me on proper form and proper body mechanics. I am passing it down!!!! What is not to love about this 8 week program?  Tomorrow is our first rest day already 😅

Progression run ✅  I stuck to the treadmill tonight to make sure I started easier and progressed through without going too fast in the early miles. Treadmill actually felt pretty nice tonight since I just got lost in my music and my thoughts. Followed up with some strides outside afterwards. 6 miles total (3.12 for the progression).

I gained a little weight back after I finished 80 Day Obsession with all the traveling and summer festivities ✈️☀️🍺🍕🍔🍟 It’s sometimes easy for us to notice when we’ve gotten off track, but what is more important is to take the time to recognize how far we’ve come. 💪 
Usually when I start a new program, I hide those ‘before’ photos and vow only to let them surface when I’ve gotten a lot closer to my goal weight. But now I share them because it’s NOT about being perfect for me. It’s about becoming comfortable in my skin. It’s about being PROUD of my body and how strong it has become. And even though I’m not exactly where I’d like to be, I’m a heck of a lot closer than I was six months ago. 💗💗 Here’s to a new program, new goals, but more importantly, a NEW mindset. 🤟 Could you use some extra accountability this summer without having to commit to a strict diet or exercising 6 days a week? Let’s chat!
