I didn't get to post last night as I was so tired that I passed out on the sofa after dinner! Friday night Rock n roll 🤣 I had a slightly off plan day as I enjoyed lunch round at my Mother in laws and had a slice of toffee cheesecake - no idea on Syns! The rest of the lunch was on plan though as it mainly cheese, cold meats and salad 😋 I had a chicken shish for dinner so can't be sure on syns for that either. I know it won't be too bad though. Not a total fail day as I didn't binge, just couldn't control it as much as I would have liked. ***
Breakfast - granola and kvarg with a banana
Lunch - cheese, wholemeal roll, ham, vegetable crudites, toffee cheese cake syns unknown
Dinner- chicken Shidh kebab 18 syns approx (I ate the pitta)
About 30 syns I for the day I reckon. Total guess though 🙄 ***

Last weeks loss back on but expected from being away at @homeandgiftharrogate out every evening and entertaining clients drinking wine and eating all the food.
Struggled to get back on plan for two days as I’m away tonight at a friends for bbq and drinkies.
SW will resume tomorrow and spinning is booked for 9.15am 🚲
Then I’m having 6 weeks of no plans no drinking (over syns drinking) or eating out.
Target loss for next week 4 pounds let’s go .
This is a lesson that I didn’t listen to when I first started out. So many people said have a few down days and a blow out but I didn’t listen cause I thought that’s just gonna slow this shit down. I was wrong... just made me start to obsess about loosing this timber as soon as possible. .... but what really is the rush? I ain’t got a bikini shoot next week or gotta fit in a wedding dress ( although these puppies would sell many a playboy magazine) I’m so relaxed with everything else that life throws at me and now I’ve learnt to deal with loosing weight in the same way.
