So glad this lil lady loves the beach as much as we do!
#surfriderbeach#malibu is one of our favourite places to roll around in the sand and watch the surfers ride the long waves right into shore.

Malibu Inn Cafe | 2018 + 1950s | Malibu
This famous cafe first opened in the 1920s after the rising popularity of the Malibu Movie Colony, a private, gated neighborhood that quickly became home to many high-profile celebrities. It was located on Malibu Road behind the Colony until the redirection of the Pacific Coast Highway forced it to move in the early 1950s - the postcard above shows it in its new (and current) location near Surf Rider Beach, across from the Malibu Pier. The building was previously occupied by the Anchor Inn Cafe (they kept the anchor on the sign), and the cafe quickly became a local favorite and a hot spot for live music, a tradition that lasted until it closed in 2013. Notable musicians who performed there include Tom Petty, The Doors, Don Felder of The Eagles, Chad Smith of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Nikki Sixx of Motley Crue (fun fact: @bradykane1, our talented photographer, played one of the very last shows at the Inn in 2013)
The space was taken over by Casa Escobar, a Mexican restaurant chain that began in the 1940s and previously had a location in Malibu’s Cross Creek until a fire destroyed it in 2005. The building underwent a large renovation before it re-opened: much of its original architecture was saved, they added vintage furniture, and original murals were uncovered and restored. It still operates as a restaurant and music venue today and can be rented out for special events #fLAshbackLA
Surfing is not only for the kids fun... when you are doing good, you are usually at the right environment at the right time, with the right people and the right state of mind. When you are doing good the whole around you is doing the same to support the presence of a greater force we all share - some will even call it #devineprovidence at the photo surfer: Jackson and supporting the moment - the amazing @jackrwdaley - probably as happy as Jackson. 📸 proud father @racingcowboys
