Two and half years ago I was a tired, exhausted #mom who had generalized headaches, did not #sleep soundly, and lacked the motivation to stick with any #workout routine. 3 years ago, June 2016, I did my first Spartan Sprint. This #summer I finished the Spartan Trifecta. (3 races in 1 year - Sprint - 4 miles ~ 20 obstacles, Super - 8 miles ~ 25 obstacles, Beast 13.2 miles 30 obstacles) In June, I completed the #Sprint and the Super both in one weekend and in September, I completed the #Beast .
Thrive has given me the motivation and determination to do this. It also gave me the endurance to get through the longer races.
