Somehow I ended up visiting this new opened place twice during past weeks.
Once was a spontaneous lunch with @berlinasianfood and the other one was dinner with @priscysquest (and Mike!).
Glad that I did twice though, so at least now I know how I actually feel about this place.
My conclusion: okay 😅. Maybe in numbers that would be 7/10.
Music was good when I went there for dinner, though!
Like @berlinasianfood already mentioned, it is a bit confusing in which direction their dishes are going, there are Japanese, Chinese, Korean but also Hawaiian (Poke Bowls?) on the menu; though I understand that they are aiming for Asian Street Food but Asia is enormous and I feel like they could sell some other stuffs instead if they're really aiming for street food experience.
Still it is perfect for people who can't decide on what they want to eat but still want to go out to eat with others without being afraid that they won't find something from the menu.
The tan tan bowl was good but I was a bit confused because it said that it is served with Gochujang (chili paste) but somehow it is served with mayonnaise? Was the Mayonnaise mixed with Gochujang? I don't know but it was still good.
Momo Ebi was a bit too expensive for me, €8 for 4 pieces of shrimps? Combination of Mayo & Peach sauce was good but I feel like it is not really a street food especially because of the price.
The Salt & Pepper Bun and Hotteok were my favourite of all, chicken was crispy (tastes like Shihlin Chicken, amirite, @priscysquest? 😋) and salty; while Hotteok was sweet and mixture of cinnamon and nuts are so good.
Ramen was OK, the broth could taste more pork-y than it is I think.
We actually ordered for Bokki (only Tteokbokki, no ramyun) but got the ramyun version instead but anyway. It was OK but definitely not something I would willingly order for myself in a restaurant bcs.. It's instant ramyun
Their eggs are somehow very delicious though, were they cooked in soy sauce or something?
I would definitely come back for the Buns, but not for the others.
