Super hero principles:
One of the best and fastest ways to build your shape into one like the super heroes we see in the movies is highly doable.
Body part specials are really good to speed up the process by devoting more attention to one muscle for a certain amount of time to max out its benefits. Usually I like to do 3-6 weeks.
For example, continue to making lifting heavy your top priority. It’s important because this is where the majority of your leafs gains comes from. Lifting heavy in the 4-10 range M, 6-12 F
Recruits all of your muscle fibres so they tear, and get damaged therefore coming back bigger, stronger and more dense.
Then you throw in some pump training like rest pause, giant sets, mechanical drops... etc 2 or so times per week for the muscle you wanna luv attention too. All have worked very well in my experience. Example if you’re trying to build shoulders you can do a giant set to hit all heads of the shoulders or do some drop sets or rest pause side lateral raises. If you’re a female you can do the same to your booty workouts. Get really strong with hip thrusts and weighted bridges, and add in some giant sets on a second day or some rest pause and drop sets as well.
And finally as always you can choose to throw in some HIIT cardio to help boost all areas of health and transformation. You can accomplish this by doing only 20-30 mins a day if your intensity is high enough!
