What an epic day it was out there today running 80km along a magnificent PUFfeR route in perfect conditions!! It was on of my best race starts running the first 40km in 3h40. I picked up a knee niggle just after the 40km mark and decided to slow down and make it to the end. Longevity over PB me think! All in all it was just magical! @vibram #V-trails performed amazingly well and my nutrition was on point enjoying handfuls of @soaringfreesuperfoods spirulina tablets and berry mix, @trailnuggetsza and @naturally_nourishedsa pre workout energy during the run. 1 banana 🍌
Small handful of chia seeds
Small handful of flax seeds
1 scoop of protein powder
4 egg whites 🥚

Blend all the ingredients together to make a thick mixture, add a small amount to a non stick frying pan, they will create a pancake the size of an American style pancake, wait until bubbles appear on the top of the pancake before flipping and cooking the other side 😘

This is a fab recipe for getting your added nutrients rich superfoods, top with peanut butter, honey or fruit, great for breakfast or a quick snack, I love these with chocolate protein powder!! 🍉👙🍑🏋🏽🍇🍌🍏🍋🍊👙

Simple Banana Coconut Loaf - 4 bananas
- 6 eggs
- 6 dates (soaked in boiling water then strained)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder (aluminium free)
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup chia seeds

Combine eggs, bananas, dates, oil and vanilla in a food processor until combined. 
Transfer to a bowl then add coconut flour, baking powder and chia seeds. 
Stir until combined then allow to sit for 5 mins to allow flour and chia seeds to absorb the liquid. Transfer to a lined baking tin. 
Bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 45-50 mins.

Hazırlanışı:
Öncelikle yeşilliklerimizi güzelce temizleyip yapraklarını ayıklıyoruz, ardından soğanı blendera kolaylık olması adına kabaca doğruyoruz. (4-5 parçaya ayırmak yeterli olacaktır). Tüm malzemelerimizi blenderda çekiyoruz. Bu noktada falafelin kıvamı çok önemli❗️.
Hafif pütürlü kalacak hale geldiğinde dilediğimiz şekli verip önceden ısıtılmış 180 derece fırında pişiriyoruz.

Here I sautéed lots of onion, garlic, celery, sweet corn, kale, mushrooms, and smoked tofu, in veg broth til tender and loaded it on my mashed potatoes (skins on) with Ripple Pea milk. O.M.G.
