I adore #sweaterweather more than anyone I know - the baggier, the better! But with the sweaters comes the cold, and with the cold comes #coldandfluseason . Between the germs that our kids pick up at school, and the stress of #momlife , our immune systems aren’t living their best life.

I wanted a late-night snack, but I didn’t want to feel like shit about it the next morning, SO I got creative & made my own ice cream!
1.5 frozen bananas
1 Cup whole milk
2 Tbsp gourmet peanut butter @peanutprinciple
1 scoop vegan vanilla shakeology
Topped with mini chocolate chips!
This made like 3 servings and it was still a weight loss day. 💪🏻 -

Al preparar un smoothie de desayuno es ideal incluir todos los macronutrientes en la proporción correcta, para evitar sentir hambre a corto plazo y evitar un “sugarcrush”. Empieza por hacer que el 50 % del smoothie sean vegetales, en este caso zucchini, 20 % grasa saludable, 20 % de proteína y el resto carbohidratos de buena calidad, en este caso la pitaya. El combo de fibra, grasa saludable y proteína es lo que nos mantiene con energía y satisfechos durante todo el día.

A simple, substantial quinoa salad with fresh fruits, toasted almonds for texture and crunch and a refreshing honey lime dressing! • In a small saucepan bring water and orange juice to a boil. Add quinoa (quantity as per cooking instructions on pack), cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes.
• Cool and transfer quinoa to a bowl. Top with strawberries, blueberries and toasted almonds (Any seasonal fruits will do). • In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of lime juice and honey. Drizzle dressing over the quinoa and mix.
• Top with mint.

Some Monday motivation 💓
Today is the day I begin my MARATHON training. Eek!! I have done two half marathons and really want to mark a full marathon off my bucket list! I decided I’m going to run 26 miles for my 26th birthday, it seems fitting 😛
I have to remind myself that I can do this and take each training day as it comes, but I am beyond excited for this new goal of mine.
Hope everyone else is setting goals and crushing them 👏🏽

I am not where I want to be, but I’m not where I was!

That girl on the left knew thought she was strong by holding everything in while she was breaking and asking God why?! I just had a baby 3 months before that picture was taken and was 10 months into marriage where I was already counseling with my pastors 2 months in.
While gone at this amazing leadership retreat where I took my baby boy with, I should have been 💯 focus on where God had me but instead I was focused on trying to save my marriage.
I remember that night before heading home from this amazing earned trip and the 1200 extra I spent on getting home sooner because I just wanted my husband to see who I was, who God created me, why I was valuable and the love I had for him.
I don’t want to say it was stupid to fight for what I believed in and my marriage but it was wrong to be stuck in a place where my worth was determined on how my husband treated me.
That girl on the right has felt the unconditional love of a Father, and is growing every day into Gods purpose and role for her life!
A life of self-discipline in taking care of my Spirit, body, and soul.
I wake up each morning focused on being in His presence, I build a relationship with God, my children, I work out and eat healthy (80% of the time), I run a business of helping others BELIEVE2ACHIEVE their goals in the time my children are gone or sleeping.

Not everyday is going to be unicorns 🦄 and rainbows 🌈.
There will be days you feel like you have met your goal, and then there are days you will be so discouraged thinking I’ve been busting my bum and I’m getting nowhere. Our bodies are all different and our bodies all react to foods, drinks etc differently.
I have GERD which is a gastric reflux disease. I drink one glass of water and I bloat! It just what happens. Doesn’t mean what I’m doing isn’t working. .
It’s called trust! Trust your coach to lead you in the right direction and trust your coach that not everyday is full of unicorns.
I have gained like 15 pounds during this whole thing.. about 10 lbs from my pregnancy to my miscarry...then my laying in bed eating chips for a few weeks added about 5 more...
I might look just fine but i feel yucky-not myself not where i want to be..weight on the scale is just a number - but my jeans are tight and i feel puffy...
I forgot how hard this was you guys- I forgot how hard it was to work your ass off for a week and see no progress or even gaining!!! Wtf- right??
I have mixed emotions right now I am super pissed that I have this weight to lose HOWEVER- at the same time I am kind of happy to relive this to help you and others...to remember once again what is like to struggle to not see progress to give in to temptation to not be as confident as I once was........

The secret is out! This is my favorite recipe when I'm feeling weighed down or sluggish. It'll help gently cleanse your body and make you feel rejuvenated and energized! Simply mix all of the ingredients and enjoy!
🌶 Quinoa Stuffed Peppers | Serves 4
Quinoa is a super food 💪🏼 & these delicious, Mexican-style stuffed peppers are one of my favorites! They’re spicy, healthy, packed with protein, & easy to make
Recipe 📝 ▫️1 cup quinoa rice, cooked in 2 cups vegetable broth for about 20 mins or until fluffy
▫️Preheat oven to 375 degrees & grease a 9x13 baking dish
▫️Take 4 large red, green & orange bell peppers, halved & brush with olive or avocado oil
▫️1/2 cup salsa (I use @heb hot)
▫️2 tsp chili powder & garlic powder
▫️15 oz can of black beans, drained
▫️1 cup sweet corn
Stuff peppers with mixture, sprinkle salt & pepper to taste.
Cover dish with foil and bake for 30 mins.
Remove foil & bake at 400 degrees for another 15-20 mins
Serve with desired toppings- 1 cubed avocado, fresh lime juice, hot sauce, fresh cilantro, diced onion.

🥑 Avocado Pasta
⏲ Under 30 minutes | Serves 4
This recipe is great for avocado lovers like me! Its simple yet delicious. I’ve made this pasta for friends and they absolutely loved this creamy goodness!
▫️12 oz spaghetti (cook per package instructions)
▫️2 ripe avocados
▫️1/2 cup fresh basil
▫️2 cloves garlic
▫️2 tbs freshly squeezed lemon juice
▫️1/3 cup olive oil
▫️Salt & pepper, to taste
Avocado Sauce - Blend avocados, basil, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt & pepper in food processor.
Combine spaghetti & avocado sauce.
Top with 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved & 1/2 cup canned sweet corn, drained.
