It felt so good to finally be able to do some tricks again. Maybe in the nearest future me knee is strong and stable enough to flip flat on the ground. Time will show;) I'm Hoping I can start doing gymnastics again too, but that will take some time and Much effort!

I messed my contest prep up coaching myself and as much as it still hurts I’m actually really glad I did🔽.
At 4 weeks out I was significantly leaner than I was on show day, a combination of factors lead to an awful relationship with food, frequent binging and eating until I was sick. Post show I continued to gain body fat until I couldn’t look at myself topless because I couldn’t comprehend where my physique had gone and felt disgusted by how I now looked. It took months for that to change.
This taught me a lot about the physiological side of dieting, over eating and behavioural change that’s really helped me to coach people how I do now. Going from a physique that should of took 3/4th to not placing and literally getting fat still haunts me a little but now looking back I wouldn’t change that important lesson I learnt.
Being able to emphasise with clients, understand their struggles and address the real underlying problems is key to successfully helping transform someone’s life.
It’s not about the calorie deficit, meal plan or cardio protocols but the health, relationship with food, habits and behaviours, confidence and self love 🙌🏻❤️.
Nail this and fat loss usually follows in a more sustainable way.
