#QOTD : Comment hearts for Ash 💞
I really love this scene. Ash was trembling, shaking, shivering.😞 Eiji looked at him for a moment before he stretched out his arms and embraced him with a hug :") Inside the warmth of Eiji, Ash felt safe. He stopped shaking. They didn't need to exchange any words. This is the connection between Ash and Eiji 💚 and I thought it was so beautiful. A ship beyond explaining 💛
I was very disappointed by the matter that lead Ash, our strong Ash in shivers. It made me so angry so disgusted!!! I was shook 😶 Hontoni shoook 😣 It pained me to see Ash this weak😞 But hat's off to this boy, he is awesome! He took little time to heal and stood up to fight again. Cause he know he has to protect the only people who matters to him ;-; because he is so strong I feel like hugging him cause I know he breaks within in his sleep 😢 Eiji understands that and this hug is a representation of all our LOVE for this baby boy 💞
Banana fish adds salt to our already chapped wounds ;-; & I literally don't know what more they will show us in the upcoming episodes!! I feel so scared to even watch a new episode 😖 BUT I really really pray & cheer up for Ash & his team's justice!! ~ for good for all those lives lost!! 😣😤💪 That they would expose all those garbage men so that they would not have a single penny to enjoy even a slightest bit of luxury they are living now so unashamedly!! 🙄
Something I noticed when I re-watched the Banana Fish episode 22 ending: we have "おはようございます" (good morning) in the upper left, "こんにちは" (hello) and "ありがとう" (thank you) in the right, and then, in the lower left, "さよなら" (goodbye). The way "goodbye" is framed... it just seems to stand out more than all the other phrases, but here's what I find most interesting/sad about this: I noticed that "hello" is in different handwriting than the rest of the words, so I'm thinking Eiji wrote "hello," and Ash wrote the rest (specifically "goodbye”) as the hiragana is a bit sloppy (bless his heart) on the other words. Another reason I think Ash wrote the "goodbye" is that "sayonara" is spelled in hiragana as "sayounara" (the one on the paper reads "sayonara" and if you watch Ash's pronunciation translation he says "sa-yo-na-ra" while Eiji says "sa-yo-u-na-ra"). The one written here is missing the "u" (it should be "さようなら"), so... I just... not to break anyone's hearts anymore, but it's like Ash is saying "goodbye" to Eiji (also pretty significant that Eiji wrote the "hello") in a way, since he's the one who wrote that "goodbye" on the paper.
