Paris 🇫🇷 // @seasonparis was worth the wait! Sunny queues in the streets of Paris vs. current situation (waiting for a tube in rainy London to go to a gym class 😣) It’s my first Saturday in a while without concrete plans and the rain isn’t the biggest motivator! Hopefully London will surprise me and I’ll stumble upon some new spots (in need of coffee ASAP) #seemyparis#strangersinmyfeed#thespacesilike#doortraits

One from last weekend. Dreamy afternoon in Richmond, including an obligatory stop at @petershamnurseries with @anagonzalezx @davidlpz___. There are a lot of reasons why I love Madrid but a big one is that living there gave me gems like these two 😘 ft. delicious beetroot & feta salad, and aubergine with yoghurt & cumin (also delish banana cake, not pictured).
I love how on a random day of the week, exploring castles and their beautiful grounds is an option here in France! Just south of Paris lies Parc Sceaux where you can visit the Château/museum, enjoy the breathtaking views, and best of all it is free of crowds. #tbt#discoverfrance
this beautiful country caught my attention more than 2 years ago when i traveled there for the first time with my family. i fell in love with everything around me, including the warmth + generosity of its people. i will be heading back for the third time next march and want you to come with me for FINDING WONDER + artful storytelling in marrakech + essaouira. we will explore these ancient cities to capture the rich + beautiful visual narrative that presents itself around every corner. you will be amazed + overwhelmed all at once as we wander the souks, witness amazing architecture + vignettes you can only imagine. i will be taking just 5 women on this intimate journey of FINDING WONDER + artful storytelling — message me for more info or visit the link in my bio. i can’t wait! xo.c
#Sponsored by @dsb.dk | I might have said it in a previous post, but I’m so into this way of ‘slow travelling’. Looking out the window, watching the landscape pass by, the colours changing, even going from snowy mountain tops to green grasslands within the same hour... I’m deeply appreciative for the fact that I’ve been given this chance to experience the North of Scandinavia in this way, and to be able to call this my job too, makes me truely happy 😊 Photo by @astridkbh #interrailnorden
i had arrived into lisbon the day before my family. coming from italy + my FINDING WONDER retreat, it was a nice time to sit + reflect on all the goodness that had just taken place. there had been so much leading up to it — the planning + organizing. making sure every detail was just right. the anticipation + a bit of nerves too. and then it came. and i did it. and yes, it was amazing for so many reasons. i grew + learned in ways i hadn’t anticipated + it was good for me to see that. i made notes + tucked things away that i might add or change going forward. it’s a bit frightening — the unknown. but you push ahead. and you grab onto your vision, even if you aren’t 100% sure it is the truth. you let your heart feel it + embrace it + nurture it, in hopes that it will grow + flourish. FINDING WONDER is not just about photography. it is about choosing the way you witness the world around you. it is removing the scales from your eyes + more than that, your soul to make you new + fresh + open. to be vulnerable. to be honest. i believe that it is here that true art is born. it is created from the deepest places of feeling + seeing. FINDING WONDER is not just a retreat for a week, it is a hope that you will carry with you into tomorrow + the next day + the next. if you are here + you have the desire, come with me to morocco to be moved + inspired. you will not be disappointed! xo.c

#Sponsored by @dsb.dk | We hiked to Kvalvika beach and as we approached the sea, the light just kept getting wilder and wilder, illuminating the sea vapour in between the mountains. The most insane light I’ve witnessed... Well apart from last nights Northern lights, so strong and vibrant. Perhaps it’s the freshness of the air that has gotten to my head, but as cliche as it might sound, the light up here just makes me feel really high on life 🙌🏼🇳🇴 #interrailnorden

And just like that, another week of my travels has gone by. Things were off to a rocky start in Amsterdam but since that tough first day, it’s gotten a lot easier and I feel so much more in a travel state of mind 🌏
i do not believe you have to travel far to find wonder, but in traveling to places new + unknown, i do wholeheartedly believe that we are somehow broken open. our eyes lifted, our hearts + souls made vulnerable. in this, we are more receptive to everything around us. it gets inside. it grows + inflates — allowing us to experience the WONDER that exists. allowing us to sit with it. to breathe it in. to let it fill us. xo.c :: for all the details on my next FINDING WONDER + artful storytelling retreat in morocco, visit the link in bio, i am now accepting applications ::
