👉🏻500 gr süzme yoğurdun içerisine yarım paket vanilin,2 çorba kaşığı bal koyup karıştırdım ve buzluğa kaldırıp 2 saat beklettim.
2 saat sonra yoğurdu tekrar karıştırıp 2 saat daha beklettim☠️
Süzme yoğurtlu dondurma kıvamılı karışımımız artık hazır❤️
Servis yapacağınız kasenin içine biraz bu yoğurttan ve ara katına ve üst katına istediğiniz meyveleri ekleyebilirsiniz.
Ben biraz kavun,muz,küçük bir parça bitter çikolata ve en üstünede bir şeker kalığı tahin döktüm😍

I made last minute decision to throw real food ingredients together for something fun for Evie to enjoy (and make a mess with) at her birthday bbq today. 👉We added 1 tbsp of spirulina green aglae 💚 to our keto pancake batter & topped w fresh mango and @skinnysyrupssverige whipped toping. Easy peasy.

Typical Venezuelan meal that everybody loves. I was so used to using Cachapa Mix that forgot how simple it can be to make a cachapa from scratch. .
Homemade Vs Mix:

Antiinflamatory Vs Inflamatory .
Put corn kernels in the blender until you get a chunky masa consistency. Add water or almond milk if you need to. Cook in a very hot pan with plenty coconut oil to avoid sticking. Enjoy! .

Would you want to eat giant handfuls of crunchy peanut butter cups? Because this sugar free peanut butter cup granola tastes awfully close to that! 🥜🍫🥣 You can probably tell that I’ve been HOOKED on whipping up my own homemade batches of granola in my kitchen. It’s actually incredibly easy! 😊
Decided to go more on the plain side and just enjoy my peanut butter cup granola (made with oats, @lakantosweetener monk fruit maple syrup, @pbfit.official peanut butter powder, and @traderjoes soy protein powder and cacao powder) with a fig, @naturespathorganic ancient grains granola, @almondbreeze unsweetened almond milk and two pieces of @bouchardchocolate probiotic dark chocolate!🥛 I definitely LOVED this flavor—I will say that I think the chocolate half of my batch should have been a little more sweeter since the taste was more on the bitter side, but overall, I give it two thumbs ups! 👍👍🌟🌟

First time ever making super crispy #chickennuggets !! So damn easy I can’t believe I haven’t made them before! Oh well...there was that 12 year vegetarian stretch that might have had something to do with it. .
Coat cubed chicken in salt and peppered #avocadooilmayo . Toss in psyllium husks and almond flour with some old bay seasoning. Fry in #baconfat . Bake 8 mins at 450. .

Do you guys know who @foodgod is? I actually kind of like the guy. He’s funny and entertaining. AND he’s super trim which makes me think he doesn’t eat most of what he promotes. There’s no way he can stay this slender and eat the food in his pictures. It’s not biochemically possible. .
