Van deze zelfgemaakte suikervrije en lactosevrije 'snickers' kan en mag je blijven eten! 😍 Hieronder het recept👇
- 200 gram ongezouten pinda's - 3 eetlepels honing -1 volle eetlepel kokosolie
-100 gram pure chocolade (vanaf 80%)
- 1 halve eetlepel zonnebloemolie
- lage bakblik (20x20 vierkant)
- blender *Rooster de pinda's tot ze bruin zijn en hak ze grof in een blender. Strooi er wat zeezout over. * Doe de kokosolie en de honing in een pannetje en roer er gelijk de grofgemaakte pinda's erdoorheen.
*Doe het bakpapier in een bakblik en verdeel het pindamengel in een deel van het bakblik. Het mengsel moet ongeveer 1cm hoog zijn. Zet het een half uur in de koelkast of 15 minuten in de vriezer.
* Smelt de chocolade au bain marie. Voeg de zonnebloemolie toe als de chocolade gesmolten en meng dit goed. *Verdeel de chocolade over het pindamengel en zet nog even een half uur in de koelkast om af te laten koelen. * Je kunt ze erna buiten de koelkast bewaren. 👆

A canela, quando consumida em outros alimentos, também ajuda no combate a vontade de doces, além de ser benéfica na SOP.
A tâmara é um ótimo exemplo! Além de ter um sabor adocicado, é rica em zinco, cálcio, cobre, e etc.
A maçã têm baixo índice glicêmico e evita picos de insulina no corpo! Além de ter baixo IG, nos proporciona uma maior saciedade.
As receitinhas também podem te ajudar! Por exemplo, fazer banana com canela, maçã com canela….

Autumn apple cheesecakes and pies ... oh, my! It’s that time of year. I am so excited about seeing my family this week! Trying something new this year and making a grain-free sugar-free version of my signature apple cheesecake. I will be using erythritol instead of sugar in the filling and a combination of almond flour, flax meal, and vanilla protein powder to make the pie crust. I can’t wait to see how this turns out!

I know what you’re thinking banana bread that’s not really a Thanksgiving meal but for all those people who don’t love pumpkin, here is something instead. It’s really good I promise.
Sugar Free Banana Bread
1 cup monk fruit
1/2 cup organic butter, softened
2 brown eggs
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-2 mashed bananas
3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup nuts chopped optional
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips optional
preheat oven to 350°. Grease bread pan. Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add bananas and Greek yogurt. Mix in flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Finally, add nuts and chocolate chips. Pour into pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes. Test with a toothpick. Cool 20 minutes and turn out.

#10 Anti-Inflammatory Food - Garlic
Yes, garlic. This healthy vegetable has been known to knock out disease...and non garlic-consuming bystanders from its potent smell. But before you complain too much about the odor, know that it’s one of the things that gives garlic its amazing health benefits.
Garlic has a complex biochemical makeup that contains organosulfur compounds like allicin. This complex makeup allows garlic to enhance the immune system by stimulating certain cells. Garlic is also able to regulate chronic inflammation that can result in obesity, autoimmune disorders, and cancer for millions around the world.
One study showing the decreased incidence of distal colon cancer in women. Allicin, in particular, has been shown to have antitumor properties, reducing tumor size in mice. Another study showed that garlic was able to reduce inflammation in dengue virus and prevent severe development of the disease. This is important because according to the CDC “as many as 400 million people are infected yearly”. A number of other studies showed a decrease in allergy response in rats and mice. One study focused on histamine reactions on skin and another on the ever-important airway inflammation...both saw significant reductions due to garlic compounds. That’s pretty cool.
Last thing to note is that a study showed less anti-inflammatory effects when garlic was heated, as from cooking, but it still possessed the effects. So, if you want the most health benefits - eat garlic raw - just warn anyone before kissing them. 😷

4) Or in garlic bread, but with real, crushed garlic - once I had some of the Kat’s in the Kitchen’s garlic bread, I couldn’t eat store-bought again...bananas!
