The eyes tell us everything. It’s my favorite modality to study. I wish I would have taken pictures of my iris ten years ago when I started this health journey. This is the latest update. Still digging deep and healing weakness from my old habits of eating. Good genetics to pass down for future generations. I’m so thankful for the gurus like Dr.Sebi, Robert Morse, the Gerson family, Anthony William and so on for teaching me so much about health. 🙏🏻

It'll ensure that the next time you hit the books again you would be rested and recharged and ready to go.
To make use of your maximum potential you need to realize that relaxing and resting is part of that formula.
You cannot run yourself like a machine and expect quality results.
All you'll get out of that is a burnout.
Something we want to avoid at all costs!
As medical students we feel like that we need to keep going, pull all nighters and neglect everything in life that isn't related to medical school. But that isn't the case.
You'll end up exhausting yourself and in the end the outcome won't be what you expected. 🌸We need to RELAX recharge and refuel so that we are able to keep going
Just take a road trip for example. You need to stop multiple times to REFUEL your car during your trip. You can't just keep going because the tank will get empty and the car will end up giving up on you.
So, realize that RELAXING is OK, it is required
To ensure you reach your max potential
To ensure you do not burnout
To ensure you keep going with the same determination you began with
And to ensure there never comes a time when you think about giving up. 🌸So enjoy your day with your family and friends. Be a human not a machine. 🌸Happy weekend😊
Ps. After that day off though go back to being a machine 😋 cause hard work will get you to the highest mountain, not just dreaming
