Truth: I have been feeling rotten recently. My body has become so sensitive to any unhealthy food.
This is a blessing and a curse. It helps knowing that I can’t eat treats without feeling sick but sometimes you just have to cave!!!
Last weekend I attended a wedding so obviously ate whatever I wanted so it took until today to feel like I have fully recovered.
Eating healthy is so so so important for your body and I realize that more and more every day!
Made it to Florida with the hubs for a last minute work trip. I love getting to travel with him ❤️😘

This week marks one-year since completing my Yoga Teacher Training @afterglowstudio 🦋 After a 23-year hiatus from working in health and wellness, I went back to doing what I love ❤️ Since graduating, I’ve enjoyed teaching 150+ hours of yoga - from yoga in the park, yoga for triathletes, power yoga, vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga, athletic yoga, pilates with props (slight detour🤦🏼♀️), and of course yoga hiit 💪
I had no idea how much of a positive impact teaching yoga would have on my life. A lot of challenges, self-reflection and personal growth happened over the last year, and I have all the amazing people I’ve met to thank for that.
