About f%*king time! Bench has always been mainly a mental fuck for me. Form always seemed to break down after I got under a heavier weight. Top set today was 330lbs paused. I probably had another 5-10lbs in me. Very satisfied with this going into next year. @robbywebz @ariellegallione198

Day of skwats went pretty well. Went for 185 plus roughly 60lbs of bands on each side (about 300-305 at the top) 4x5. First set went bad (second video) I tapped the rack on the way down on my 3rd rep and it threw me the fuck off balance😂 recovered and did my 4 sets after that situation. Squats are coming together nicely though, still working on explosiveness, keeping my back upright and not shooting my hips back when I come out of the hole.
Woke up sick yesterday morning but that didn’t stop me from hitting the gym. I didn’t feel 100% but I did sweat it out.
Did some squats then got into some pin squats. It was the first time using pin. It’s not my favorite & It felt awkward. If you don’t like something, it probably means you need to improve it.

For the first time in ever I can finally say I can see a future in my bench and I'm actually starting to like bench day! Not a lot of weight to most people but the battles and injuries I fought through to get to the point I can bench comfortably! I'm very pleased with this✊🏾
