Just a reminder that the number on the scale can be good to track your progress but it’s not the only way or the most important way! LOVE YO BODY no matter what the scale says and treat your body right by exercising regularly and eating foods that FUEL you and you will see positive changes💕 -
I haven’t seen a huge jump on the scale but all of my clothing is baggier and my stomach feels flatter and less bloated (which is a huge win cause I bloat and have heartburn everyday) 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽 -

@wilson_spinks approached me about 4 months ago with the goal to learn Olympic lifting 🏋️ for increased power; and upper body strength 💪🏽 and size to improve his performance as baseball pitcher.
Having being just 14 years of age and barely lifted a bar 😱, he started out with a broom stick and worked his way to a couple of incredible PB's last night leaving a smile 😁 on his face he couldn't wipe off.
You'll see in the video where he began with just a stick and a bar back in April and finished up (last night) with a pb 🎉 snatch of 27.5kg (a good fight to save) and a back squat of 65kg. Looking forward to testing the rest of his lifts tonight and tomorrow. Good job mate! 💯

Of course you don’t want to be WEAK, but that’s BETTER than being super strong on only ONE side of your body, because all of your structural and functional BALANCE will be out of wack....
So, WORK OUT both sides of your body EQUALLY ===== then you will be strong, balanced, and happy! ⚖️💪😝

I may have taken a nap in there but I could have used every excuse there was NOT to press play today. Especially since I knew going into today’s workout that it would be hard. Did I think oh maybe I could use today as a rest day and not Sunday?! I sure did but I didn’t want to let my excuses get in the way of my workout. 👊🏽
