Booty, Quads, and Hamstrings Oh My! Filmed Thursday, these are some 🔥 moves to get all the things burnin’!
1️⃣Barbell Squats (I’ve been under the weather so push it too hard and just did 5 reps for reference of what’s to come for tomorrow)
2️⃣B-stance Squats (must try omg was so sore from these, among other exercises, on Tuesday that I couldn’t run on Wednesday! I get a really good Glute connection throughout the whole movement and can feel a nice hamstring stretch on the way down and can feel my quads on the way up! About 70% of the weight is on your flat foot and about 30% on your toes on the ground and heel elevated foot)
3️⃣Hamstrings (bilateral) curls on the sliding row machine (these made me so sore from Wednesday’s part 2️⃣ workout I had to do Booty accessory work Thursday because Tuesdays and half of Wednesday’s workout destroyed my Booty and Legs!)
4️⃣Hamstring (unilateral) curls on the sliding row machine (I swear I can make up a whole full body workout just for that machine!)

Our juniors @nicole_ferreira_athlete and @keegz_b_89 cleaning up with the rest of the trophies for best junior lifters, best deadlift and scooped 8 new SA records between them 😮😮😮 Nicole is also the 2nd female EVER at OTG to deadlift over 200 amongst the small handful in South African history 💁🏼♀️
