自分の真後ろに脚を出し、踵を床につくかつかないところにおきます。
ふくらはぎの伸びだけではなく、太い血管がある、脚の付け根の前側も伸ばすことによって、血流UP! ✳︎
🌟〈脚の裏 & 背中全体ストレッチ〉
つまった背骨の間隔を引き伸ばす感覚で、行ってみます。
腕はなるべく伸ばしてみましょう!
余裕があれば、更に前の足のつま先を天上にむけて、脚の裏側を伸ばします。

WSの目的
"踊る"になる以前の"動く"というところまで意識を戻し、その時自分の身体がどのように動いているのか、またどのように動かすことができるのかを分析して理解していきます。今回は、クラス内でペアを作り応用します。"動く"ということの可能性を知り、より自然で楽しく動き、身体を使えるようになる事を目標とします。

内容について
ウォームアップ
身体上に点や線をイメージし、いつどこに意識があるのかを考えながらアイソレーションと体重移動を用いてゆっくり身体と頭をあたためます。

パートナリング ダンス
個々の身体の特徴を活かしながら、共鳴し合う事を体験します。相手をリードしたり、フォローしたり、互いに作用し合い完成する動きを学びます。

ミニパフォーマンス
キネティックアートの最新作TANGLE(15分)のパフォーマンスです。ワークショップにて行ったことが最終的にどのように反映されるのかを目で見て体験して下さい。

質疑応答
10〜15分程度質疑応答の時間を設けます。

2008年夏、独創性に富んだブレイクダンサーが集い結成。ダンス、アート、ストリートカルチャー、ヨガ、コントーション(何体芸)の要素をメインにサーカス、シアター、ストリートなど幅広く活動している。
主な活動経歴に、2012年フランス・アヌシーにてダンス公演"Experience Battle 1.0"出演、2014年ラスベガスにてシルクドソレイユ チャリティイベント"One Night for One Drop"出演、2015年国際サーカス大会Cirque de Demainに日本代表として出場Arte TV賞を受賞、2017年スイス・サンモリッツにてスキーW杯オープニングパフォーマンス出演など。

NAO Aerstix
13年の新体操経験と15年に渡るブレイクダンス経験を融合し、ダンスバトル生活を送る。2012年国際ブレイクダンスコンペティションWe b*girlzと2016年国際ストリートダンスコンペティションJUSTE DEBOUT Experimental部門において世界チャンピオンとなる。その後主な活動場所をシアターに移し、2016年横浜ダンスコレクション "無・音・花"(振付/チョン・ヨンドゥ)、2016年"VESSEL"(彫刻/名和晃平、振付/ダミアン・ジャレ)2017年横浜ダンスコレクション"Choreograph"(ディレクター/多田淳之介)などのダンス作品に出演。現在フランスに拠点を置き創作活動と研究を続けている。

SHUN
英国TV番組Got To Danceに出演し、セミファイナリストになり、シルクドソレイユからスカウトを受ける。その後、ソロショーケースやダンサーとして、世界各国のサーカス、シアター、クラブ、企業イベント等で幅広く活動中。英国V&A博物館にて行われたファションデザイナーの山本寛斎氏、活動40周年
の集大成Fashion in Motion : Kansai Yamamotoにてパフォーマンス。また、英国サドラーズウェルズ劇場にて毎年開催のBreakin’Conventionにてイメージモデルを務める。
2016年からはシドニーオペラハウスにてオープンのBlanc de Blancにてコントーションダンサーとして出演、その後、オーストラリアのキャバレーオブザイヤー受賞のショーLIMBOに出演。
また、シルクドソレイユ・スペシャルイベントに多数出演。
世界のサーカス、キャバレー業界にて数少ない日本人ソロパフォーマーとして、日本人男性として芸術性の高いパフォーマンスを目指し活動の幅を広めると共に、自身の培ってきた柔軟方法と筋力トレーニングや海外でソロ活動するための自己マネージメント等を教えている。

В стойке на голове...важно❕Зажать ягодицы, напрячь ноги, вытянуться -как струночка. Иначе вы развалитесь🙈 И.. ловим баланс

Должно получиться прямое положение тела, ноги могут быть немного перед собой (совсем чуть-чуть)
.
П.с: начинайте постепенно, по-немногу, а то шея на след.день отвалится😅🙈
Иии... не забывайте тянуть коленочки и носочки и будет вам счастье 💫

I really didn’t feel like working on my backbends today. But as I did several of these I got more into it and enjoyed it. Though hollowback pincha onna wall is something I rarely practice. I really wanted to put my head through which I did. I guess it’s just force of habit because I think I’ve always done that. But tried Carmen’s advice to relax the neck. Just feels like I can get a little more into my shoulders when I stick my head through. Anyone else? ✨

#psoas A really common issue amongst those who sit for extended periods, and pregnant women, is a tight psoas. It's one of the hip flexors and when the the knees are bent up, for example while sitting, they are shortened. If they don't get a good stretch very often, they can become really tight, which can cause a referral pain pattern and alter posture (A sore lower back is a really common presentation of psoas tension). .
Low lunge is a great way to stretch it out, be mindful of gently pulling in your abs and pelvic floor for a really deep stretch. .
If low lunge is not comfortable, you can lie on the floor on your back and hug one knee in and extend the opposite leg straight, this one is really relaxing for the end of the day too 💙 .

Remedial massage helps to deactivate trigger points that cause referral pain, and to stretch and lengthen the tight muscles involved, not only in the hip flexor region but also the surrounding muscles in the legs and back. .

So it was this past Saturday 8/11.  I was Zouk dancing at this crazy party at the studio, past midnight, I came out to the parking lot, there were people wrapping up the block party that was held there earlier.  As I walked across, this guy came after me.  I turned around, he stopped right in front of me, I looked up, he looked down, into each other’s eyes.  He said:  I was watching you dancing up there.  I saw you.  Passion, wildness, hesitation - you don’t know if you should trust your partner, trust issue.  But the hesitation makes your dance sooo... You love dancing don’t you?  When you can be free, let everything go. (Whispering in my ear)Forget the past, forget the pain.  Forget about everything.  There’s no tomorrow, living in the present....... I want to tell you that you keep being you!  Don’t you ever change that! (Yelling and punching in the air)You fight everything to be you!  You do you! 
I put my right index finger on his forehead, little bit above center of the brows.  I said:  are you drunk or are you high or both (although I didn’t smell none of those)? He moved my finger away.  Held my shoulders straight, said:  ahh I saw you!  Fear, in your eyes.  It’s there, but you are not afraid, you welcome it, embrace, great talent ...
I saw you, .....................(that was like about 5 minuets there). In the end, I said:  goodnight.  Turned around and moved toward my car.  His voice followed:  remember, you be you, you keep being you!  Don’t ever change that!!! .
As a medical school graduate with a degree of Western Clinical Medicine👩🏻‍🎓, I believe in science and facts.  But very interesting something similar happened to me when I was in middle school back in China, this random psychic (as he claimed himself) had read me once.  Now looking back on what he said at that time with a deeper understanding of life, I’m amazed. .
This August has been so amazing plus busy as hell of course.  Especially this past week I felt like I have hit a spiritual high where I have never been before.  When the universe sees your heart and soul, it matches and brings you what you are ready for.  I felt it, I believe it. .
