🐸 The Frog Stretch isn't a very well known stretch, however it really hits the spot when it comes to stretch tight adductors, the groin area and loosening up around the hip area.
Don't be put off if you struggle with your flexibility when doing it for the first time. Stick to it and do it regularly and you will see the huge improvement a few weeks later.
This is how you do the Frog Stretch:
Resting on your hands and knees, slowly start to widen your knees until you feel resistance in your groin and upper thigh areas. Push your hips back and forward to feel variations and deepen the stretch 👌🏽🐸

The Posture Lab Series is perfect for both teachers and experienced students. In each 5 hour session, we will have the opportunity to dive deep into practice, have an in-depth look at the anatomy of yoga poses, and study sequencing strategies.
Challenging poses can be exciting and empowering if they are approached intelligently. If, however, they are approached in a manner that is thoughtless and haphazard they can do more harm than good. And we all want to have a lifelong yoga practice, right? This is why the aim of this series is to better understand how to practice and teach poses in a manner that is safe, skillful, and sustainable.
These sessions will give you the tools to safely unlock your practice potential. They will also give you smart strategies for introducing challenging poses in your home practice, your public classes, and your workshops. $280 for the entire series.

Rest and recovery is so important 🙏🏼 wether that be after training/gym or just needing a way to wind down after the day 😌 it’s useful to find things that help you feel you again 🤗
After sciatica being quite literally the biggest pain in my ass 🍑💥👊🏼 I needed to find something to help relive it 😅 This is no judgement we gotta do what we gotta dooo, but prescription meds aren’t/don’t really work for me and I would rather try and find a more natural way of dealing with the problem💚 I came across this mat after researching some solutions, and it has literally been a god send 😍 The spiky lotuses... those red marks thoooo 😅 at first you’re like 😬🌵 and then you’re like 💆🏽♀️ it really has helped with easing my neeeeerve pain 😝 as well as relieving tired and achey muscles and helping with sleep 😍I know this is loooong 😂😴 and irrelevant to some, but it may be useful info to those who are looking for different ways to help with oneself feeling gooooood ☺️ Good night, blessing life 🙏🏼💗
I wanted to take a few days to reflect on last week, before posting anything. And I can honestly say the entire experience has changed my life exponentially. I didn’t know what to expect going into last week, but I went in with an open heart and open mind. I left with some invaluable knowledge, as well as some great friends/memories. It has truly made a profound impact on me and my life, moving forward.
• Ann and Chris, along with their FST team, brought out the absolute best in each student. Their level of wisdom and professionalism is unmatched by any other company. I am so thankful for everything I learned, but I am most grateful for the relationships I made.
• I was able to connect with some really incredible people during last week. Some of which, will be lifelong friends. Who would have thought that stretching would bring us together? I’ve never experienced so much love and growth, in one place.
• Last week was a much needed healing process for me and I know I will make that same impact on everyone I work with. I finally found my calling and I’m so excited to share this gift. If you can heal the body, you can heal the heart and mind. Thank you to everyone who was part of this process. Here’s to the future!

You are essentially breaking your body down in the gym, it’s what you do outside of the gym that allows you to reap your rewards.
