FITNESS MOTIVATORS CORNER: STOP FOCUSING ON THE WRONG THINGS!! Many times we lose our focus because we put it on the wrong things concerning people, money, materialistic things and etc. Sometimes the blessings GOD have for us we block because our focus is on what we want it to be instead of what GOD have given us and even what he has for us. There will be people, things, and etc that will come your way to try to take you off your path. Because we focus on the negative we use a lot of energy source up for the wrong purpose. Instead flip it, use that negativity as a force to become even more focus on what is important.
GOD allows these negativity aspects to come our way not to hurt us but to help define and develop our character. I am not saying that we don’t get down or even fall off for a second, heck sometimes we just want to throw our hands up and say forget it. It’s ok, because we are human. This is where our inner strength that GOD has given us comes into play. Understanding the gifts he has given us will allow us to understand that his grace and mercy showers us to allow us to be able to have numerous chances even when we don’t deserve at times.
Remember, one way of keeping your focus is understanding that the meaning of life is to find the gift GOD has given you…then once you find it the purpose of life becomes to give it away. I have learned when your focused on the right things…you become a successful giver instead of a taker of positive energy. Instead of raising your voice just improve your argument and allow GOD to lead you with the right frame of mind. Keep doing and being you.
It does not seem like it has been 8 years today you left me. During these past 8 years there are many things that have happened. People who I thought loved me, cared for me, or etc turn their back on me. I have had a stroke myself. Deal with things at employment. Just dealing with just life in general. But through it all just knowing you are looking down at me gave me life and strength to keep pushing forward. My father, mother, and life itself have taught me and help me grow into the man I am today. You along with GOD have help FORMED and SHAPED me into the man I am today. I thank God for you coming into my life. Although it was for a short period of time, that short period of time was so powerful that it gave me a passion to do and be better.
By no means am I faking or acting like I am perfect or a saint. I just know that I watch you fight this thing called CANCER. For 8 years I have been fighting for you because you gave me so much. I just hope that as you look down on me, I hope that I have been able to make you proud of me as your father. Even though cancer took you away from me can't no disease, person, place, or thing take away the blessing and memories that GOD has given me of you. I just wanted to take small moment to say thank you…I appreciate you and love you AYLA ERIAL WALKER. I LOVE YOU dearly and know you smiling up there lil mamma.
