So I need to up my weekly miles so what better way to do it than running home from work. Yesterday I ran home from work and then today ran to work. Both runs where fun, today’s was much chiller, but both have been tracked wrong on strava. On both runs the first mile is well out. Hoping that now I’ve updated the #strava app my next run will be clocked correctly. Hoping that each week I will run home one night from work and then run to work the following day.

#pikepresswithpaprika Day 4 was, errrr, last week and the pose was #bakanasana , the crow pose.
This feels a bit sad but the picture is not from last week (or today), it's about a month old. I said that I am not very keen on IG challenges in general and one of the reasons is that I hate feeling having to take a picture just for the sake of it. So I don't. And I've been busy. I do practise daily but I practise what feels right at that moment.
I will finish what I started though, at the right pace for me. Because nothing good comes forced.
