Deadlift 5 sets of 380x4. Looks like they moved pretty good. I brought my heels closer together and I think that's what helped. My hands have finally healed and grip felt good too.

Leg day I LOVE YOU! I can’t believe I am admitting this, but I also now love Bulgarian Split Squats. I don’t know when it happened, but it’s true. Even with a pulse. Between Back Squats, Glute Thrusters, and all the bands it was amazing. I did C1-C5 and then added a BSS burner circuit using the #smithmachine just because with 25lbs on each side. Pretty sure I will be feeling sore tomorrow...

Leg day I LOVE YOU! I can’t believe I am admitting this, but I also now love Bulgarian Split Squats. I don’t know when it happened, but it’s true. Even with a pulse. Between Back Squats, Glute Thrusters, and all the bands it was amazing. I did C1-C5 and then added a BSS burner circuit using the #smithmachine  just because with 25lbs on each side. Pretty sure I will be feeling sore tomorrow... . . . Are you a fan of the #smithmachine ? Today didn’t go to plan no excuses just wasn’t my day however I still walk away with an little pb 215kg x1 😆🤔 Ino what I need to do fo next week do not fussed things happen but it how you come back from that that truly matter. So I’m still on target and next week I just redo my session not a problem. In questo nuovo blocco ho spostato il focus prettamente sull'intensità di carico, pochi esercizi, basse ripetizioni ma non solo; senza mai tralasciare l'aspetto "bodybuilding" . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Un'esempio, quello che ho fatto oggi sulla Panca Piana: 4x4 3x3 3x8/10 . Alla fine avevo una 4° di tette. 🤣 a seguire Lat machine, T-bar row, Leg extention e Hyperextention. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

So I need to up my weekly miles so what better way to do it than running home from work. Yesterday I ran home from work and then today ran to work. Both runs where fun, today’s was much chiller, but both have been tracked wrong on strava. On both runs the first mile is well out. Hoping that now I’ve updated the #strava app my next run will be clocked correctly. Hoping that each week I will run home one night from work and then run to work the following day.

I said that I am not very keen on IG challenges in general and one of the reasons is that I hate feeling having to take a picture just for the sake of it. So I don't. And I've been busy. I do practise daily but I practise what feels right at that moment.
