How did your yoga go today? Did you give it a little try? When I see wonderful people doing such beautiful yoga I feel so inspired. She does it with such ease and peace. My yoga is very basic but it does the job for now and it really soothes my soul. One day I hope I can be half as talented as @catmeffan

We are individual beings with individual paths and purposes who are here to love and respect one another.
Some of the most tormented people I know are tormented due to constantly thinking of coulda shoulda woulda's and what if's about their lives.
Just live and do your best and be YOUR best and what's meant for YOU will be for you.
Only when people embrace this concept, will they realize happiness. Sometimes doubt happens because we're human and we're tempted to compare...but don't doubt for too long! 💙
Looking back at photos last night of my little one when she was brand new and within the first few months gee I can't believe how tiny she really was as it was world prematurity day yesterday it got me all in the feels!! ❤
As I myself was a 28 weeker 34 long years ago at 2lb 11oz so she gets it from her mumma 😍
1.9kgs at birth she was what they call late preterm at 37 weeks but being IUGR faced all the same issues of a prem. Thank goodness we only spent 4 days in SCN and 11 days in hospital 😍
If only I knew then what I know now about respiratory illness and weakened immune systems and allergies in the first year maybe things would've been easier but my gosh am I in the know now and have I got a strong little lady on my hands 💪

While this exercise may often be too difficult initially, the single leg hamstring bridge (and variations) may serve as a gap to ultimately perform the roman chair hold! One of those variations that we want to highlight is the single leg hamstring walkout ... .
1️⃣ begin in a single leg bridge position with 1 leg bent / 1 straight ❗️heel of the bent knee should be digging into the ground .
2️⃣ once set up appropriately, take small steps out and hold for 5s ❗️if wanting to progress from just a walkout, once your knee is fully extended, hold this end range .

*short story* this happened today.
Before the story though, I just realized how scary I can look in the gym. Trust me I'm approachable at the gym 😏 but only after I finish my set 😒.
Anyway, here's the story.
Right after i was done making this video, someone walked in and said "why wouldn't you look good, when you're training while I'm out there eating". .
From his statement, I got one thing, he knew what to do to "look good" but isn't doing it. Knowledge is power but knowledge without practice is wasted mental space.
Abs boot camp starts tomorrow, you know where we are gonna have the boot camp, you know you should come for the boot camp in order to get that body you've always dreamed off, what's left is your decision to come for the boot camp or not, trust me either decision will leave you with a feeling but one feeling will be better than the other and more satisfying than the other.
It has been freezing here in Eug! All bundled up for 3 throws sessions this week! One more Friday! My legs are shot from cardio and sprints, which really helps expose my weakness in my strength points and javelin technique! 5 months till its time to be at my best, getting ready to analyze and adjust!
Put a #frog in a pot, full of water and start warming up the water. As the water temperature begins to rise, the frog adjusts its body temperature accordingly. The Frog continues to adjust its body temperature with the increasing #temperature of water. Just when the water is about to reach the boiling point, the frog can't adjust anymore. Right now, the frog decides to jump.
The Frog tries to jump, but is not able to do so because he has lost all his strength by adjusting with the temperature of the rising #water . Very soon the frog dies.
What #killed the frog?
Think about it!
I know many of us are going to say #boiling water. But the truth about what killed the frog was his own inability to decide when to jump.
We all have to adjust to people and #situations , but we have to be safe when we have to adjust and when we have to move on.
If we let people exploit us #physically , #emotionally , #financially , #spiritually or #mentally , they will keep doing it.
Let's decide when to jump!
