I done 4 sets of each exercise but only recorded the first or last as it’s a highlight not the full workout it lasted about one hour and 15 minutes my.
My repetitions was different for different exercises or movements as you can see some of the exercise required a-bit more training and practice they can’t just be performed straight away they take time’ if you have any questions about any exercise or movement don’t e afraid to hit me up I will happily help.

"I am stronger than this challenge and this challenge makes me stronger" ✰✰
I recently went to the ER for severe abdominal pain, cramps, nausea, stomach was extended and I was basically having very abnormal syptoms involving my stomach. My stomach usually never acts this way. That morning I had gotten a bag of fluids yet when I came to the hospital only a few hours later I was still dehydrated and had to get a 2nd bag of fluid. I got an ultrasound done, X-ray, as well as some blood work. Basically I have a severely impacted colon. They sent me home with the option of taking Miralax every 30 minutes. Needless to say I am very thankful for my mom staying up with me till 4 am. I am going to be honest, I am scared and it's hard to have strength. These are the beginning syptoms of gastroperesis . Gastroperesis usually comes along with P.O.T.S. It causes your digestive system to become paralyzed. We aren't a 100% sure of course but I am on a TON of antihistamines which can also cause gastroperesis. Today a appointment with my PA (regular doctor) for a follow up on getting me cleaned out and some other issues. My stomach is doing way better yet I cannot take the Miralax anymore as we figure it's dehydrating me even more. He will also be getting me referred to a GI doctor, a geneticist, and a surgeon. The GI doctor and geneticist are self explanatory but I will be pushing for a port (that's where the surgeon comes in). A port is basically a permanent I.V. It goes in your chest and you get fluids into there. No poking involved everytime I need fluids, we can also do this from home and on our own, and you can get blood work from a port without being stuck! As well as getting more fluids if needed than I'm currently getting. I never in my wildest dreams expected me to end up chronicly ill. But even when I became a spoonie I never imagined I'd be in the place I am now. It's emotionally draining to get stuck with needles. I don't want a port, I am not doing this to "get attention" or "skip school" yet it's necessary at this point for one. It will be beneficial for me getting closer to having more of a life. I am so thankful for my amazing family and support group I have💘

I've been feeling great these days!! After trying different diets, skipping meals, tons of cardio and no results I can finally say I found a regimen that works for me and that I enjoy doing everyday.
I have been trying for years to lose weight and I had little to no success. 
Ever since I decided to give Herbalife a try (which I was quite skeptical about) I am loving the results I'm getting so far!
These shakes and tea taste so good and the meal plan is super easy to follow around my work schedule. I still have a ways to go but I'm finally learning how to enjoy the journey, this is one of the best decisions Erick and I have made. Very soon I will be saying ✌🏾 to the 200’s!

Esta es la fotografía que hizo darme cuenta de que no llevaba la vida que quería... Estaba bastante deprimida y no tenía claro cómo lo iba a hacer pero sabía que me merecía otra cosa. 
Y si algo tenía claro es que esa otra forma de vida la tenía que buscar yo, que nadie más vendría a arreglármela por arte de magia. 
Te digo esto a ti que te tomaste unos minutos para leerme, para que sepas y veas que si se puede lograr todo aquello que deseas, todo aquello que quieras realizar: emprender un negocio, conseguir un nuevo trabajo, viajar, tener una vida mas saludable, mas feliz; aún no tienes idea de lo que eres capaz de hacer. INTÉNTALO. 
Las cosas no siempre son fáciles, hay que luchar, rompernos, darlo todo. Para quienes piensan que siempre fui así, la que ven del lado izquierdo, sonriente y con unos kilos menos, no fue así, también hubieron momentos difíciles, pero la decisión de ser feliz es nuestra. 
No te conformes, sal y lucha por lo que quieres pero hazlo con el corazón, se #inquebrantable. Cambia desde adentro y comenzarás a transformarte por fuera.

If you're practicing a song on the piano over and over again, the idea is that you'll continue to improve. "Practice makes perfect" can be an accurate phrase because the more you do something, you build up that procedural memory and your brain can quickly instruct your muscles to carry it out. That muscle memory doesn't judge whether you're doing good or bad, however, and so if you practice a song poorly for hours on end you're going to be really good at making the same mistakes over and over again. I’ve recently switched up my workouts to use resistance bands, TRX, and body weight for upper body, rather than weights. I am also applying change to many areas of my life. Ejercicio 1: Accesorio de movilidad que sirve de activación para ejercicios dominantes de rodillas (sentadilla en este caso). Mejora la movilidad en la columna y en las escupulas, activando también la cintura escapular. Además este ejercicio sirve para ganar estabilidad durante la fase profunda de la sentadilla ♿ 
Ejercicio 2: "Sentadilla Skater" ejercicio accesorio que mejora la estabilidad en columna, cadera, rodilla y tobillo. Lo que lo  convierte en un buen aliado para la sentadilla por la estabilidad antes mencionada que aporta (aún me queda por mejorar la técnica) 🏂

Ambos son ejercicios funcionales por lo que desarrollan (movilidad y estabilidad) ayudando a mejorar los ejercicios básicos los cuales son transferibles a la vida diaria y gestos deportivos (sobre todo los ejercicios unipodales) 👆

Si bien, ambos ejercicios son atractivos y llamativos, antes de hacerlo se debe ejecutar correctamente y saber por que y para que lo estamos utilizando (contexto). Total un ejercicio no es que el que marca la diferencia, si no el programa (planificación de entrenamiento) 😉

I enjoyed this workout so much more today, then I did on Tuesday. 
It went by so fast! 
I added some jumping jacks and fast feet between moves. 
Since I was familiar with the moves, I kept moving while Chris showed each move. 
With staying active durning moves, I was able to keep my heart rate up and calorie burn. 
I did rest between each round. There are 3 rounds. 
The Shift Maker and burnout round was so much easier today! 
Can’t wait to do this one again on Saturday.
