Here is the lower body work out I did today!
Warm up: 10 min stairmaster
Weighted machine kick back 18 pounds x10 superset with banded crabwalk for 1 min
Hip thrust warm up with 90lbs (including bar) x12
Add 20 pounds x10
Add another 20 pounds 2x10
(Total of 4 sets)
Deadlift (I wasn’t feeling right so I only did two sets) 2x10 80lbs
Back extension 25lbs 3x10
*I always do core every workout no matter what body part I’m hitting. Also your core should always be engaged for most exercises anyway*
Leg raises on ab tower focused on negatives 3x10
Then I punched and kicked a sandbag really hard on and off for 30 min which is on my story 😂
Happy Father's Day!
Just got back from a quick trip home to Hawaii. Not a lot of shooting this time around but quality time with my family and delicious food was more than enough. That said, I'm ready for the fog to come back. Even if it skunks my sunrise. 🤣
