This bowl is a beautiful thing. Super simple to assemble. Packed with nutrients and ingredients that are great for muscle recovery after a hard gym session (sorry, Instagram...I refuse to say “sesh”). My PB&J Bowl is a replay of Tuesday’s: @so_delicious Yogurt, which I topped with my homemade strawberry jam, organic raspberries, my homemade cashew butter, and some raw almonds! I believe in REAL FOOD for post-workout recovery. What about you? Are you a real food or a protein bar person?

❌Vyšlehala jsem si 100 ml smetany ke šlehání s 50g cukru a troškou vanilky. Potom jsem přidala 500g tvarohu a 100g mascarpone. Vše ještě prošlehala.
❌Ve vodě uvaříme jahody s cukrem. Po uvaření projedeme tyč.mixérem.
❌ Použila jsem karamelové Lotus. Ale můžete jakkékoliv máslové sušenky. Např. v Lidlu mají dobré. Sušenky dáme do sáčku a rozdrtíme válečkem na těsto. ❌A vrstvíme do skleniček v pořadí sušenky, krém, jahody a tak pořád dokola. 😁🌼🍀
Cheesecake yogurt is a win 🎉
•1/2 cup Greek yogurt
• 1 TBS cheesecake pudding mix • 1 TBS water
Mix together and then you have an amazing little dessert!
So guys I am trying new things to combat my serious sweet tooth and this is a start! It has a good amount of protein and healthy fats but is also sweet 👍🏻 You can make it even less calories by doing 0% fat yogurt or sugar free pudding!
Strawberry season came & went rapidly. It was my first year picking berries & also my first year canning. I turned these juicy, ripe, red lovelies into the sweetest (even with half the sugar) most scrumptious strawberry jam known to this planet. I gave several jars away to my husbands great demise & every person not only told me that they licked the jar clean, but that they were demanding another jar from me 🙃
