It’s watered down juice. Wubba Water contains no juice. It is truly a rehydrating electrolyte water.
9 grams of sugar in 12 oz as opposed to 1.5g in Wubba Water. That’s bc of the juice.
Same massive jug that you will dump 3/4 of at $7.99 vs only 12oz at $2.99 that your children will finish no problem.
There’s only one organic-certified electrolyte drink for kids when they are sick. Don’t be fooled by the others.
ZenGest is the blend I reach for if my stomach acts up. It is also great if you get motion illness when you travel. You can use it aromatically, topically or internally, so it is very versatile. I usually either rub it directly on my belly or add it to my drinking water, or sometimes both. .

❓What is a Licensed Naturopathic Doctor?
❓Can anyone be a Naturopathic Doctor?
❓Is the schooling less rigorous to be Naturopathic Doctor?
These are all questions I get when someone is first learning about Naturopathic Doctors.
A Naturopathic Doctor (ND) is a licensed healthcare practitioner regulated by a professional provincial and national board that holds us accountable for our training, charting, and continuing education.
An ND is an expert in natural medicine with 8 years of training to gain licensure.
Four years of undergraduate training including the prerequisite medical sciences (organic chemistry, biochemistry, anatomy, physiology, etc.) to gain a bachelor degree.
Then, a four year degree in naturopathic medicine from an accredited institution (the only two accredited schools in Canada are the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine).
None of the schooling can be completed online or correspondence, including one year of clinical training seeing patients under the supervision of experienced and licensed NDs.
Then there are two national board exams and several provincial licensing examinations.
And after that, the education never stops as continuing education is required to maintain licensing.
We are a science based profession.
Learning anatomy, physiology, immunology, pharmacology, pathology, etc. allows us to interact with all healthcare professionals and the scientific community.
We use science and scientific research to make research informed treatments.
Where research is lacking, strong historical evidence is necessary.
Our training focuses on treating using natural therapies, nutrition, and lifestyle rather than pharmaceutical medications and surgery.
NDs take a long term view and focus on preventative medicine.
We can run lab work to help diagnose medical conditions.
We work to help you achieve optimal health, reduce your risk for genetic conditions, manage chronic health complaints, and prevent illness.
Do you have any questions about Naturopathy? I’d love to answer them for you!
Didn’t make it to the gym today! I packed my bag before work, but by the time my workday ended I felt exhausted. I got a stomachache and lost all my energy. Had to go straight home and take a nap. This actually happens to me a lot, but every time I feel upset about it I remember a good quote; “When you feel tired, learn to rest, not quit!”. I need to listen to my body and I’ll try again tomorrow👊🏼 (Luckily my bag is already packed😂) (C)
If you want to feel the magic 🧚♀️💫 of oils and you have a tummy ache, digize is the oil that works like a champ for me... every.single.time🤯🤩!!!!
I made a oil roller mixed with lemon & peppermint and whenever my tummy feels upset I roll it on my tummy clockwise and within minutes my tummy feels normal and later I then gotta go (tmi)🤣
It's a must to have in my diaper bag because you never know when you are out eating and tummy could get upset and ruin your whole day!
When you forget your lunch and the free lunch is BBQ.... with cornbread... dang it! You can see this oil gets a lot of use! lol. . .
DiGize is great to support digestion! Eat too much or something your body isn’t used to? Few drops on the tongue gives you instant relief! No really, as I type this I feel better 🤗
LEAKY GUT 😳

Preparing for another week ahead with a new book recommended to me by a random connection on LinkedIn. Don’t ever discount things that seem to “randomly” appear in your life. Everything happens for a reason.
This book is bringing me to a new level of understanding of why I’m where I’m at. I’ve read and listened to many things on the Law of Attraction. Over and over and over. This book has “connected the dots” for me. It is going to help me not only improve myself, but bring products like Wubba Water to parents everywhere sooner than later. My goal was, I mean is, for us to be in 4000 stores by the end of this year. I have no doubt that will happen.
Ask and it is Given 🙏. Words to live by.

Probiotics can be beneficial for everyone to include in their diet but if you experience one or more of the following on a regular basis, that’s a good indication you should start taking a probiotic supplement:
*Digestive problems such as frequent stomach ache, constipation, or diarrhea. *Skin conditions such as acne, eczema, rashes, or hives. *Mood disorders. If you are constantly stressed or anxious, am imbalanced intestinal flora may be a contributing factor. *Allergies. Research has shown probiotics may reduce the severity of allergies. Talk to your doctor. *Yeast infections. If you’re frequently getting yeast infections that’s a sign there is an overgrowth of bad bacteria in the body and taking a probiotic can help.
Of course, you should always talk to your doctor before starting any new dietary supplement. For one of the best probiotics on the market, email me at amyfitafter40@gmail 😊👍
this is the little gem to have in your cupboard! It looks small, believe me I know it does but, it contains 250 drops!!! An you only need to use 2 drops in order to feel the benefits.
